McDonald's, Orlando FL

This has got to be the SLOWEST McDonald’s ever! I came last week on a Tuesday morning at 7 o’clock and waited in line for 20 minutes.so today I came inside think Big perhaps I can get in and out quickly. Nope! After, 5 minutespla ing my own order on some stupid touchscreen I still had to wait 15 minutes for a fish filet and medium fries. Ridiculous the only orders I seen being called were McDelivery.

Long wait, they don't even turn lights or a/c on in secondary louge. Don't seem very personable.

The supposed new fresh beef on the quarter pounder was extremely dry and not nearly on par with the previous frozen beef patties. Fries were spot on as always bun was a tad bit stale. I don't eat at McDonalds very often and this trip reminded me why.

I haven't visited a McDonald's in a very long time but I have to say this one was the best one everyone was very friendly and the order was on point the food was piping hot just like I like it thank you

The food was cold and horrible the lady was extremely rude and when I asked for another soda purposely gave me diet instead of regular never again!

People are friendly. Double check drive thru orders.about 15% of the time something is wrong. On the bright side they always fix it

I waited in line for 15 minutes before my order was even taken. It took an additional 5 minutes to get to the window. I am now waiting (going on 5 minutes) because my food isn't ready. This is ridiculous. Fast food should not take as long to get your food as a sit down restaurant.especially when the food is sub-par to begin with. The only thing McDs has going for them at this point is cost and honestly, it ain't that cheap!

All I wanted was a cup of water, & the lady at the drive thru told me I had to buy something for a cup of water. So I came to Wendys and got myself a free cup of water, & I’ll be coming back here for lunch. Lol

Friday night at 11: 20pm we entered the store and the maneger yelled that the loby was closed. The less she could do was to close the lobby after us. I just think that it was very unprofessional of her and that says alot about the company. Also outside it says open 24h. Just saying.

Nice little place, been around for a long time and not too long ago was fitted with new machines that let you order without even talking to the person which is pretty cool cause some of us have extreme social anxiety and that's a nice thing to have. Last visit there I saw they even updated the lid dispenser so you'll get a single clean and untouched lid now without accidently pulling 30 off and dropping them everywhere. The 2am staff wasn't as friendly the last visit and sadly they were out of chicken tenders, I'm not sure if that's a common thing at 2am or not. Overall nice store and mc Donald's food is just that, mc Donald's food.

Wow I’m just really disappointed with the service here. I came here sometime around midnight and they messed almost everything up with the drive-thru order. Worst part was when I came home and saw the nuggets were not even cooked properly dripping with oil. SMH ‍️‍️

I love McDonalds food but they can never get an order straight. If you ask for anything special beyond the basic they always mess up the order. I like a quarter pounder with no cheese. Fifty percent of the time i get it with cheese and to add insult to injury it comes with a ticket that says no cheese. My husband asked for hydrated onions and got chopped up slithered onions. He knows the difference bcs he worked for Mcdonalds for 20 years. We have went to Mcdonalds in different areas of the country but this one is the worst for messing up orders. We hope it can get fixed bcs i still love the food.

Did not get the right artisan grilled chicken sandwich, got buttermilk crispy sandwich not what I wanted.

Ordered and paid for breakfast at the kiosk. Took 20 minutes to get our meal. Hotcakes and sausage and a steak biscuit meal. Husband said steak biscuit was good but very disappointed with wait time. Atmosphere was also disappointing for a recently remodeled restaurant.

I normally don't write reviews but I definitely feel compelled to do one after the service I just received. Failure! I pulled up to the driveway around 3: 15 a.m. And the lady answering the speaker said that the machine was down we only accept cash. I asked when the machine would be back up, due to wanting my McDonalds meal, and she replied around 3: 45 a.m. I then proceeded to go to the bank get my cash and go back up to McDonald's since it's the only location open around that time. After receiving my meal, I get home to find an insult to customer service in my bag. Not only was my chicken sandwich burnt and cold at the same time, there was no lettuce and the chicken look like it's been pieced together. I wish Burger King was open. I would love corporate to get back to me for an answer so why their service was so poor.
