They always get the order wrong and when to tell them they give you attitude like I made the order wrong

They literally put a half a slice of cheese with my fish sandwich then served it with tartar sauce smeared on the outside of the bun.

My original review was four stars, but in the last eighteen months, this location has gone into a real decline. My review is based on no fewer than twenty visits.

First, most of the staff are surly or disinterested. They often treat the order taking and completion like they're doing me a favor. No matter how pleasant I am, they are steadfastly not.

Second, they hate giving sauces or condiments, especially for McNuggets orders. Keep in mind that sauces are 30 cents, and supposed to be included. In twenty orders, they've botched this over 75% of the time.

And check that they include your entire order. I've lost count how many times they've left out parts of the order, and it doesn't matter how busy they are. They're equal opportunity apathetics.

Third, they don't mark the drinks. Ordering diet and regular drinks? Well, these guys couldn't care less. You're lucky they remember the straws.

And the food is cold. Frequently. It's a treat if the fries are hot, but don't count on it.

Our oder was correct but not sure why it took so long to place the order & the other cars were behind us but got their order first.

I just went through the drive through at 6: 05 a.m. The lady is not well educated in manners, when I asked her a question she just stayed quite for at least a minute and than she didn't even include the pancakes (hotcakes) in my detailed order of hotcakes meal. Never had this problem at a Mc Donalds.

CHECK YOUR BAG! Very nice folks, very fast drive thru. My husband didn't get his burger, but we had enough food, so all was well! Probably safest to park and check.

The service is constantly efficient, fantastic mood, kind staff members. Will come back again when I am nearby.

The staff is very bad and disrespectful, they made me wait 30 minutes in the drive thru parking lot, I had to get off to wait for my food and I had to wait 15 minutes more inside the store. The manager did not apologize and did not care about the fault committed, nobody knew that I was waiting, they had forgotten

Ordered a 10 piece, asked for bbq sauce, of course got none. Now how am I going to mask the taste of their terrible food? Smh

I order through mobile app and then pick up my food curbside and its always fast and the employees are so friendly, and the food is always fresh!

People are friendly, courteous and professional, great ice-cream and filet- o- fish sandwich lovely.

This McDonalds has very slow service and frequently gets my order wrong. At least they have a friendly staff.

I can’t even order, there’s literally a long line of people trying to order, and the employees are just rude to the customers. I literally threw up from eating their breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.

Clean and properly maintained not mention the ordering kiosk inside the store which reduce your time standing in line. I'm not a fan of fast food however this is one of the few places I go when my need to indulge in fries and burgers. The staff are always busy getting orders out to customers which means your meal is hot and ready to eat. I will be back again when I need to indulge

At this particular McDonald's they were very accommodating. They have this new service. Where you place your own order. The ladies at this McDonald's we're very prompt to show me how the contraption worked. Thanks for the help. With knowledge comes great power. Again thank you for the help.

The service here WAS abysmal and it seems as if they turned it around. My visit was quick and the order was error free.

Difficult to read changing menu, kiosks are unsanitary, and I've never seen them wiped down, french fries taste like grease, prpmotions are confusing and border on being fraudelent (2 for $4 McMuffins). We never did figure out what the promotion actually was. Just another way to rip customers off. Will not be visiting McDonald's again.

Messes up order every time. Constantly forgets items. Soda never tastes right. Nuggets always burnt. Lady at window doesn’t only speaks Haitian and never is willing to fix order.

Evening shift not so good. The server did not top the drinks as they usually do. Went back during the day a few days later, and service was very different. Drinks were topped.

Normally good. Today was a different experience. They ran out of resources and did not prepare there work area
