McDonald's, Riverview FL

Did door dash for this location and my food wasn’t closed didn’t even have a sticker on it or even look like had one I had to end up going to take my food back come on now it’s COVID!

McDonald's is consistent, but not the best food. I know a lot of people love McDonald's, but I'll only eat there when other choices are limited

The food was really good but the fries were real greasy and very like they had been cooked and then refried or something I don't know they just weren't very good at all but the burgers were amazing

Horrible experience, I order 4 sundaes I got my order wrong. Next they parked me, to wait for what? Melted sundaes, half cup sized? ! Really? !

Worst location ever I went around 830 at night to get some food after a long day at work i put in a online order drove all the way there for them to then wave me away and just mouth the words we arent open I then called and had to speak to 3 different people and retell my story over an over for the last person to just say sorry power was out and they should of had a sign on the door well the lights were all on when I went so power seemed fine then never going back here I would rather drive further

Every time I come to this McDonald’s I have an issue. The food is cold. Service sucks. Employees are rude and snap their necks, if your order is wrong and you tell them. God forbid your order is right and you get a smiling face in here. Cursing and rolling eyes everywhere. The lobby is disgusting. Two flavors of soda availabile. No sweet tea. Just unbelievable. Management don’t care.

All I can say is always double check all of your order before leaving the drive through. I was supposed to get 4 cheeseburgers. 2 plain and 2 without onions. Instead I got 2 plain cheeseburgers, 1 cheeseburger with large chunks of onion and one mcchicken. I guess it was my fault for not checking the order before leaving.

Waited 12 mins at window 3. Finally, went inside store to check and pick up food. Also, had ordered Lg fries, but got Md fries.

I ordered a bagel with no breakfast sauce and 2 holiday pies. There was breakfast sauce on the bagel and I got apple pies.

This place is a mess i went there at about 4: 30 in the morning an order 2 large coffees an a 2 for 3 egg mc.muffin this B**** gives me mc.muffins thats like rubber an water down coffee I would never go back there again and the manager stood and looked at the boy do it.

Fantastic atmosphere, speedy service, friendly and courteous employees and best of all, freshly cooked food that my little boy absolutely devoured, even after telling me that he wasn't hungry! Trying to get a 10 year old to eat on your terms is like pulling teeth these days but after asking him about 50 times (the last 10 of which turned into demands) where he wanted to eat his answer was none other than "McDonald's Dad". Regardless of the menu, regardless of what's served and regardless of the nutritional value which people often make a very poor argument against, ain't nobody stopping me from taking my son to what has to be the single best and most successful restaurant chain in the world. Oh, by the way, my son commented on how comfortable the seats were. What 10 year old does that? ONLY AT MCDONALD'S!

I usually get coffee and my breakfast from there because of my job, 2 for 4 deal is pretty nice, the food is always warm and light in the morning. I don't like the quality of their whole menu.

One thing I like about McDonald's, is that it's McDonald's. So when you go to this McDonald's, remember, it's McDonald's. I won't write an extensive review because, it's McDonald's. You know what you will get at McDonald's. The one thing I can say about this particular location is that the service is generally pretty good. They move very quickly, especially in the mornings. I appreciate the service received at this location. For that reason, they get an additional star.

The service the culture inside the store the employees have went backwards big time what is going on In This store and who in God's name is doing the hiring

This place is a joke. Somehow they managed to hire all the stupidest people tampa had to offer. Took me 45 minutes to get some chicken nuggets and some fries. I sat at the window for 15 minutes while the cashier couldn’t figure out if the computer says two sweet teas or a sweet tea and a coke for the order after me. I finally got my order (an order of extreme simplicity so you would think they could sympathize being of the same cloth) and no sauce. An excellent place to go if you’re an alien trying to make a press release about how easy it would be to overthrow earth.

I love this McDonald's. Everyone is always so n helpful! They are quick to get our food out.if it takes a bit they'll apologize n confirm they are taking care of it.great morning staff! Thank you

Every time I come here the cashier does not know what they have and after I pay and wait for my order 10 to 20 minutes they come and tell me we do not have it. Perfect example I wait 10 minutes for someone to bring me a southwest dressing

Bad service incompetent workers. I agree with the guy saying it’s mcdonalds, what do you expect? So cheap food means cheap service i guess. Great excuse

I love My McDonald's on Fishhawk Blvd. It is very clean and the staff and manager are very nice and truly care for their customers.

This is the best of all. Thank you guys for take care of my food allergies and make my sandwich perfect. I will definitely return tomorrow.
