McDonald's, Melbourne FL

Last weekend we went on a quest to see who had the best chicken pickle sandwich. We love the sandwiches at Chick-fil-A and we gave McDonald's a try. My granddaughter has put you above Chick-fil-A with the chicken sandwich and I would say yours is comparable. We enjoyed them very much and in fact she's had three this past week alone LOL great job we compared it against Burger King KFC and Chick-fil-A and yours got the number one rating.

Great staff who work hard. One thing to note though is they do not have nearly enough night staff it seems sometimes. Often you can see long slow lines late at night but very limited workers. Overall great food but please hire and keep more night staff. Whoever was running the show at 1 am on March 13th needs a raise.

Poor service we requested sauces for mcnugget got none told the person at the window and she made us give her the bag so she could see if we were telling the truth we also ordered a chocolate Sunday and the person who took the order did not add it so I had to park the car and go in and order it again this McDonald's sucks this is the 3rd time in a week the order was messed up

The menu is too limited. They dont have any salads or grilled chicken sandwiches, no lower calorie or healthier options.

Always sonething wrong with order.and what did they do to their hamburgers? Their original hamburger needs to come back as this new version has a very strange flavor.does not taste like ground beef. If you're looking for a fast food simple burger do Wendy's or Burger King.

The Gm Sarah is very respectful and has great customer service skills. McDonalds needs more employees like her. Thank You Sarah and the rest of the staff for your great hospitality

This is by far the best McDonald's in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area.
I frequent this location often and they never fail to deliver a fresh, fast, and quality meal (unlike so many other local places).
The store is always clean, the staff always on point, and the food always perfect (which is sadly very uncommon among fast food in general these days). This McDonald's is the best around, hands down!

As far as Door Dash is concerned, for those who deliver, or get deliveries, they are always very fast with getting their orders prepared and ready for delivery. This store is all around amazing for a fast food restaurant and deserve high praise!

This is a great location and the restaurant practices several Covid-19 safety protocols.
-Masks are worn by all staff members, and are encouraged for the guests.
-Tables are unavailable for guests at this time, but hand sanitizer is available for guests.
-Social distancing is encouraged for all guests with 6' intervals clearly marked on the floor.
-Door Dash delivers McDonald's with the option of 'no contact' delivery.
-Safety dividers are in place at the front counter.

Highly recommend this McDonald's over all others!

If I could give it a negative, I would. Stood inside trying to order for at least 10 mins. Asked the manager who was working the front.she said the lady that just took an order outside. I asked why is she not taking our orders (there was 3 people in line besides me). She informed me that she was taking care of the door dash and pickup and drive thru orders. I asked were we invisible? She just nodded and walked away. Walked out. Horrible horrible service and horrible management to let paying customers stand and wait and be ignored. That was certainly not the answer I was expecting from a manager!

McDonald's is getting cheesy with their food. Ordered a big breakfast, and it consisted of a bisket, egg, and sausage patty. No butter, and no flatware to eat it with. SMH.

The don't read tickets. Make sure you check your order. They mess it up every time! The only reason I go back is because its right across from my sons work and he wants lunch. Its sad.

Never order Food Delivery from this McDonald's location. They always take 90 Mins Plus to make the order before its delivered. They should be shut down, everyone should be fired, and owner should rehire a new crew. Its amazing that all they do is make Burgers and it takes them 90 Min to make one Burger, They should get a Metal

Your Manager Hillary was awesome. She went way up and beyond. She is a real asset to your corporation. She was actually running to serve customers. She turned a negative experience (Your sub par app) into a positive one! This is at the store located on N. Wickham Rd near Aurora road in Melbourne FL 32935. Again many thanks for Hillary!

Maybe the busiest mcdonalds in the area, the crew were very hars working and on top of it, but there's onky so much they can do when constantly that busy!

Went and ordered drive thru. There were 7 cars in line. Ordered a double qurter pound and large fries and 10 chicken nuggets. Had to wait my food and thats fine. I assumed since i was waiting it would be fresh. Burger was good. Fries, however, were ice cold! Old fries. Dont understand how i waited so long and they served ice cold old fries! What a failure and disappointment.

I've been to this McDonald's a few times, every time I go french fries taste like cardboard always end up throwing them away and the food is cold. It always takes forever to get my order. Seems like they need a good manager. Hopefully things get straightened out there it's actually a good location.

They never received our mobile order. Manager made us cancel and reorder at the window. Gave us the wrong order. Had to go back in and get the right food, which they had given to someone else. Kinda terrible.

They have the cheap deals. Good staff, always fast. I eat here twice a week. Annabelle is always really nice.

Thank you for all you do! I forgot my hot fudge sundae and was able to come back and get it, then my big mac was bare so had that replaced as well! They did a great job! Thank you for everything! The lady handing out the food is sweet and polite! This was on 11/11/20!

Got home to find that half the food I paid for was not placed in the bag, the fries were soggy and undercooked, and this is not the first time something like this has happened at this McDonald's location.

Very slow drive thru, made us pull to the side and wait for our order and forget us so I went in and told them and they gave me my order for free, not the first time.
