McDonald's are terrible in the middle of the night. Workers that work during these hours are worthless and people want to pay them 15hr

Zero stars from me do not go to this mcdonalds on atlantic by regency terrible sevice and extremely long wait which i could understand for good food but you have to wait forever for food with stale bread and cold meat seriosly if you drive to another mcdonals you will get your food faster than waiting here also terribly rude employees

Sit here at the drive through and wait for 45 minutes for them to tell you they don’t have any ice cream. Multiple times.also it’s called fast food! You’re not a damn restaurant to be taking this long to wait on people
Worst customer service ever

Terrible rude workers long wait times for old stale cold food do not come here if you want to get your food in a timely manner or if you want a hot meal as you will get niether at this mcdonalds ive been to this one multiple times and every single time they have let me down big time it is not worth the wait at all i mean if theres barely any cars in the drive thru and you have to wait a while for you food you would think its fresh cooked right? Wrong everything was cold and hard even the bread

Despite signs about loitering, there was a gentleman sleeping. He didn't have any food or drink. The female manager was polite.

Ordered my Sr.coffee regular with 1 cream & 1 egual, got it black. The Chicken brisket and hash browns were wonderful.

I give them this, cause everytime I come to this McDonald's the food isnt fresh and the always have different price or no offers like the other McDonald's. But the staff is very nice and professional.

The Regency store is easily the worse service experience in the city. If you're an employee there, you should be embarrassed.

Drive thru very slow. Had to repeat my order at every position in drive thru. Staff clearly has no idea how to deal with the multiple ordering positions. I was asked to pull forward and wait for my food. When the girl brought it out, she asked what I ordered. I told get 2 number 2's. She just started blankly away me and had no idea what a number 2 combo was.

Hot food. Came quickly. Only concern was that they stated to order at the kiosk. Soon a kiosk may replace her job unless they just cook/serve

Customer service interaction is gone. Will never go back inside that place again. You have to wait in line to place an order on a board. Wait in another line to pay than last line to get food. This place is too slow to be a fast food restuarant. The employees don't know how to work the register without the order board when it ran out of paper. Smh so sad. It's not worth the time and energy any more.

The manager was super nice someone swiped her car in the parking lot and she smiled and wiped it off and told them to have a good day. Excellent woman

Came here in the early morning hours (3am) and waited 45+ minutes for food. Understaffed and under motivated, either hire more employees or encourage the ones you have because this customer service is unacceptable. Happy New Year, I found your resolution, make your “fast food” fast.

For the first time. Big order! And no one mistake. Even salt and ketchup on the bag! Asked for bbq sauce for the nuggets and got them too!

Normally good service waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes ordered 2 kids meals and they didnt give any gogurt or apple slices didnt have happy meal boxs I also ordered the mushroomswiss burger and it was well done mushrooms were burnt no sauce on the burger either terrible experience

No matter how you would like the meal to be prepared, they get it right everytime. The downside is the HANDICAP PARKING. THE AREAS WHERE THE PAINT SHOULD BE. They're faded. In the 30 minutes I was there, I counted 26 vehicles in the spots and 2 were blocking the ramp.

The night staff is horrible bad attitude at the window please replace the whole night crew. I order fries they were extremely hard I went back and handed the cashier the fries and ask for a refund. Her response was I don't cook the food she didn't even apologize and then had the nerve to say she don't do refunds.

Spent $24.90 tonight and waitied 40 minutes in drive thru. Not worth the money or time. Needs to be improved. Rank 2 on Service.food was cold

Get ready for burned breakfast! I ordered McMuffin breakfast to go and the bread was burned. Careless employees at this place, avoid buying there!
