McDonald's, St. Petersburg FL

Ordered a kids meal and a Sprite. The line seemed long at first, but then went super fast. They are obviously very efficient during the heavy times. Good job!

I don't remember her name: Bonnie or Debbie but she has a white afro hair. I loved her. Super nice and loving. Great experience at that location.

They always mess up the order, they forgot a whole 10pc nugget the last time, both my boys chocolate and they're sauce.

Friendly service, and thankful for the person in front of us in line that paid for our pups burgers because they thought they were cute. Just a simple reminder that people are good! ️

I go here for breakfast Monday thru Friday and the staff is so very friendly! I look forward to interacting with them every morning!

Refurbished and stylish modern look. Friendly and fast. They even showed me how to use those new fangled, machines that you order yourself. Well anyway, much to say, I prefer a person to person contact!

It was a Mess! Staff took care of drive thru first we waited 18 min before someone asked what we ordered. We would've left but we had already paid for the order.

It seems like almost every time you go through the drive thru your order is wrong! I ordered a quarter pounder with BACON mayonnaise mustered, got no bacon or mustard. As much as you charge for bacon I think that they should check the order! I even had to move to wait for the WRONG order! I've given up on McDonald's!

Mr. Carey When you go through the drive thru he greets you cheerfully. But the real reason is they added sausage biscuits and gravy. I do not like the McDonald's on 70th. Ave north and 34 st. Too slow compared to this one.

Not even one star. In line forever. For now on I will make the extra trip to the McDonald's off 4th Street North. Such better service

The day shift folks are fantastic. The night shift does not seem to be able to handle a rush. I try and avoid this location during the dinner rush hours.

I had 3 of my 4 grandchildren with me so, I was hoping for a good experience. Well, I had a better than expected one. Greated when we arrived at counter. Placed order with no issues and even found 2 highchairs very close to the counter making getting to the table and settled quit pleasant. Food came out a little slower than I like but it was hot and the order was all correct. I mentioned i needed to get napkins and out of nowhere a team member had my napkins and even straws at our table. Much better experience than we had at the McDonalds on 70th ave and 34th st earlier this week.

The McDonald's located in Rutland Plaza, at the intersection of Martin Luther King, Jr. St (9th St) North and 62nd Ave North in St Petersburg, is not my favorite St Pete McDonald's, but it is the closest to my home.
I've always found it clean, inside and out, the workers there are extremely nice, and the food is typical McDonald's, but it doesn't have the smoothly run operation that the McDonald's at Koger and 4th St North has.
As far as McDonald's go, it's probably average, or a little above.
Prices are reasonable, and if you like to eat at McDonald's, this location is a decent one.
There is no Playland here.
There is a McDonald's with a Playland just a couple of miles away, on 4th St North, near 38th Ave, but I stay away from that location, unless it's because my grandchildren want to play there.
The quality control of the food there is not up to par, and the prices there are higher than any other nearby location.
It's difficult to get in and out of, and they don't honor many of the promotions.

Last 3 times ordering via the app here have taken at least 10 minutes for the order to be ready after the order has been submitted. Over 25 minutes wait today. Fast food quality but definatly not FAST.

Both times I went here the wait for food was over 15 minutes and the only time I only ordered cookies. Their staff is not friendly at all either.

Horrible I called the number you call if you have a problem, they didn't answer I can work 14 hours but they can't get my dinner right or awsner the phone. What do you expect.so after I called when they sent me coupons they still messed it up. I don't want anymore coupons. I would like a phone call because this is an on going problem.that was a few day ago. Sadly I don't think anything will change.

Didn't ask me if wanted sugar or cream in my ice coffee, I just thought it came with some already would've been nice of them to ask me instead of just selling it to me.

Slowest mcdonalds I have ever been to. I ordered ahead on the mobile app and then got there and waited 30 minutes for my food. They were a bit busy but none of the employees were even trying to move fast. After 30 minutes my food was cold and some of my order was missing. I do not recommend.

This review is for the store 10891 in St Petersburg FL on 62nd Ave North. I am reviewing a McDonalds, something that I have never done but for the first time I had the best customer service in any McDonalds I have ever been. The manager was very customer service oriented and provided great service. You can tell he cares about what he does. Sorry I did not catch his name. Thank you so much and keep up with the great work.

We went to this McDonald's since there usually isn't that long of a line at the drive thru. Service was good food was correct, hot and tasted as expected.
