McDonald's, Brandon FL

Clean fast service. Price expensive for a coke, quarter pounder with cheese. Fries. Over 10 dollars. Nothing taste like it was actualy cooked at the restaurant. It's all processed prior. McDonald's in my opinion has dropped in value way down. It's all about the money and how fast they can get it sold.in all it was awful.

24 hr drive thru, 9 cars in drive thru line at 10: 40 pm sunday night, 35 minute wait.for burgers and fries. Unreal.

We love the McDonalds on Causeway, by Walmart, not in Walmart. They never have the Ice-cream machine broken and they are very pleasant. The orders are always on point, no mistakes.

Sandwich was drenched in sauce to the point of dripping into the bag, fries were cold and extremely salty, overall not an experience I'd like to repeat

The food here was cooked perfectly. Every bite was just the way it should be.the way you would want it to taste. Bravo to this McDonald's. I passed a MCD to come to this one excuse they are better at what they do.

I couldn’t get a receipt so I had to just get my money refunded. Waisted 15 mins and left hungry.

Very nice workers. The ice cream machine died right as we pulled up so they had to substitute our milkshakes for smoothies and one worker wore her mask near her mouth, instead of over her nose.

Excellent place for a free heart attack with a side of a stroke. All the sodium will retain water for a week so you don't have to worry about using the bathroom to take a piss. The number 2 is a different story. Get ready to run and make sure you hoard toilet paper worse than the COVID 19 pandemic but the food is really good and well priced.

Food was good! Only issue is what happened to fast food. Tired of always waiting in slow drive thru lines. Waited in drive thru over 10 minutes.

This place is about as bad as they come.they never get an order right maybe once out of five or six times that I go there and then if it is right it's because I had to wait forever

Was in a hurry for breakfast. Had to pull to the side and wait 12 minutes for a coffee and sausage egg mcmuffin. Honestly, I thought they had forgot about me.

Drive Thru Wait time was horrible for fresh fries! Then was insulted and ATTACKED VERBALLY BY THE WHITE employee, while she was throwing, what appeared to be gang signs at my car window curbside- TOTALLY UNHINGED Mc Donald's Worker 825pm 12/2/20

This nne is the nearly worst in our area. Always slow, overcrowded. Dirty restrooms. It's in a terrible spot to get in and out. The only one worse is the one inside the Walmart, this one is in the parking lot. Unfriendly, rude staff at both.

Orders show on the wrong drive up screen. Very hard to hear at last window where you order is picked up due to an air conditioner or something.

So disappointed. Ordered a 2-cheeseburger meal after a long shift at the hospital. Got home and I was missing a cheeseburger! Won’t be going back to this location.

Ordered my food at 6: 58pm, was asked to go to parking spot 1 and they’d bring the food out to me. I was literally sitting there for over 30 mins and no one came out, meanwhile tons of cars were getting their food and people in and out of the lobby. I went in and told the cashier I’ve been waiting for over 30 mins outside and she replied “ok”, rolled her eyes and went to the Fry station and started gossiping with another worker who looked at me twice as they continued conversing.

I spent an additional 5 mins in the lobby with them looking at me telling me they’d be right with me. Eventually I asked for a refund from Connie and the complaint number to which I received a very low mumbled “I’m sorry, they open at 8am tomorrow”. No attempt at resolution, no figuring out why I’m still waiting, NOTHING!

This has to be the worst location for Caspers Company because I’ve NEVER dealt with this at another one of their stores. We’ve gotten cold food after long waits a few days ago as well. They’ve even charged my mobile app order and I waited over 20 minutes for them to remake the order and try to figure out what they did with the other all while i was still stilling in front of the window. This location is HORRIBLE. We need a new franchisee to open one up!

I placed a mobile order, got a confirmation email, got there and the blonde manager that was managing on November 2 at 7: 30pm told me that the order didn't go thru and there's nothing they could do. I then went next door to Steak and Shake and ordered successfully

Didn't stay, but I didn't think it was quite fair to give them a bad rating. We wanted lunch after our Costco trip but this location still does not allow dine in! We really dislike eating in our car so we had to go to the competition down the road ‍️
