McDonald's, Orlando FL

The folks here are fast and friendly. This particular McDonald's always seems to serve their food "just cooked" hot; which is why I prefer this one.:)

Just an okay McDonald's food was fresh but it took a Real long time to make it almost 10 minutes, went to bathroom washed my hands and still waited. Half staff looking busy but a few hanging out doing nothing. Refills never offered. Most of my Soda was ice. Gave us wrong sauces for chicken nuggets and gave us tons of ketchup packets, which never asked for with this order. If I was doing a mystery shop of this place, it would've been an epic failure.

Gave them a big 82 dollar order and they sent us to 1, but ended up giving us fast service with exactly how many items we ordered. I was impressed

This location needs to train their managers how to communicate with employees effectively. A manager named Karisma, feels it's great management skill to talk down to and provoke team members on front line in front of customers and other employees due to her personal ego trip. Mcdonald's inc. Needs to make her aware of the negative backlask she could face not knowing how to address people and taunting them as to incite a incident at work. Commenting and laughing with other co workers as if to intimidate the employee she chose to harp her negative attitude on. Tell her she needs to be aware who's Kid she could try that mess with. It may cost Mcdonald more than she's worth with

They get slower and slower. They stopped loading receipt paper into the kiosks so if you need a receipt for business or doing the survey to complain or suggest improvements you can't.

One if the better Mcdonald's in the area! Staff is always nice, has double drive through ordering lanes, and has 5 pick up spots. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot also. As far as I can recall, I've also never had an issue with my order when I go to this location either!

It is the closest fast food I have. We always go there because it is the quickest way to eat something. But there is always an issue. There wasn't one single time I went there that they did not make a mistake with my order. Today I paid for something and they sent a totally different order again. Seriously, i don't think it's so hard.

Anotger wrong order.

Would rate 0 stars of I could. Lady on the speaker said that there was a power outage and they weren't taking orders, but when leaving I saw people in the drive through receiving their orders and the lights on inside with people ordering food at the counter and people eating inside. We went back through the drive through to try again, but when she said that they had a power outage again, we told her we saw people getting their order but she said that we were wrong and didn't see anybody receiving food. Don't know what the problem was, but obviously the power was still on and we will not be returning to this location because obviously this lady doesn't know what a power outage is.

They have a fast service and friendly employees, but sometimes you need to be specific how you want the meat cooked with the quarter and double quarter pounder sandwiches, more than once I got it undercooked

Worst customer service not a nice person in the place. The food must seat under the heat lights for hours or they just give the old stuff to customers they don't like.

Great food great staff i got exactly what i ordered and got it fast and fresh. Highly recommend

I'm here right now and at least the current particular shift is horrible! I've been waiting for my mobile order for 20 min and would wait for who knows how long if didn't ask! Didn't do nothing to make me feel better! (Like free McCafé size upgrade, which I'd get something in a similar situation). Adding an insult to an injury my sausage & egg biscuit had NO egg in it! Unbelievable!

This is the WORST service EVER. It is Friday night August 24th and the right outside order line is moving through CONSISTENTLY and the left lane was getting absolutely NO SERVICE. WHAT THE HECK. I’m BEYOND frustrated and went inside to complain. They STILL haven’t fixed it and it’s been well over 10 minutes. Within that time they’ve lost numerous customers. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT come to this McDonald’s as they are horrible with customer service.

Everytime I've been here customer service has been poor and manager's can never seem to solve any problem. Would go else where

Worse McDonalds in Orlando. Employees don't care, no customer service, manager in back playingbaround with employees. Everytime I go there I have some type of issue. I will never visit again.

Hair in my food. Why dont they use nets? No body wants other peoples hair in their food.

Long waits and bad service.

I was super specific about not having anything in my double quarter pounder except for ketchup. I was super exact at telling them no cheese in the burger and yet there was still cheese in it when I got home. I'm sick and tired of this always happening whenever I go to this particular McDonald's. They show little care in what the customer asks for and that's totally inexcusable.

The food is oily, cooked in old oil. Taste terrible. Young workers. Cheap labor. Awful food. Located on Hiawassee and Raleigh.

The food here is great! The service and hospitality of above and beyond when it comes to serving their loyal customers. Please keep up the great service in the community.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a McDonald's I want go to this location again
