McDonald's, Tampa FL

I placed a mobile order using the McDonald's app. I ordered a double quarter pounder and a double quarter pounder deluxe and two large fries. When I got home and checked the bag only one large fries and they where both regular double quarter pounders.
Best to avoid this McDonald's the staff doesn't pay attention to the order details.

This location is always rude and shows prejudice towards me every time I go to this location. This is a Spanish area that seems to only cater to there kind.

Triple cheeseburger was food, fries were warm and at least they had salt unlike some locations but the nuggets had a Burts taste like the oil in the fryers need to be changed

Always open and the inside is almost always open also. I don’t think I have been disappointed with the service here ever.

They messed up our order but I felt bad because it was near closing and my friends and I ordered a pretty big order. Chicken was dry as hell tho

Some of McDonald's employees needs to learn how to talk to the Cousmters. When they asked for"FRESH""FOOD'S"l know all they do is warm the Food in the Microwave

Ordered medium latte got a small one instead, rude order takers and poor customer service, will never go back to this location.

We ordered 2 large fries and 3 large drinks and we're asked to pull into a spot to wait for the drinks to be brought out. 5 minutes later we went in the see what the hold up was. The cashier was very rude in her response, and nastily banged some cups onto the counter and told us to get our own drinks. Which we had no problem with, but where is the customer service? !? !?

Horrible service and food, there was no one at the front register for over 5 mins, the food was cold and had been sitting for a period of time, soggy veggies and condiments. Very unprofessional service. This was the 2nd time I attempted to get food, the first time I walked out after 10 mins of waiting just to order, this time, I decided to give it a shot.the same bad service and food awaited, do not waste your time or money.

Waited 25 mins and fries were cold, but nighttime manager Marcus assured me it'll be taken care of my next trip

If you don't have at LEAST 30 minutes to wait in line, you might want to pass this one up. I have driven past this store and went to the one on Fowler and 56th st and gotten back faster than waiting in line at this store.

Horrible service! They skipped me in the drive thru, was not greeted. Wait time was over 10 minutes. When i asked to speak to Marcus (GM) the employee laugh. Marcus avoided talking to me and had to ask again to speak with him again. As i was waiting, another customer walked over to the drive through because get got a happy meal without food! (I Wonder if they do drug test)

Not my 1st choice for McDonald's, but will do if in the area. This location can get extremely busy, especially during school year with it being so close to USF. I'm not a big fast-food eater, so I don't really know much about their food quality, but I get a very specific 1 item order that gets butchered many times + sometimes takes way longer than it should.

I have been served raw burggers, burnt buns, spoiled sweet tea, and rotten tasting ice cream. From this store.

The worse when they are busy, employees walk pass everyone going on breaks or not taking responsibility to help out

They took forever to take my order at the drive-thru second line then as I was taking my order they were rushing me took forever to get to the pay line took forever to get the food and when I ask for sauce they said they didn't have it turns out they had it they just didn't want to go to the other side and get it worst experience ever

Used the fast order screen to skip the line.and everyone that joined the line after received their food before we did. The staff lost our ticket so our food was never made. One employee finally realized the food was never brought out.my husband stood forever waiting and I almost fell asleep at the table. We are very patient people and know mistakes happen, but once we got our food, it oddly had no flavor. Fries weren't hot anymore.overall, bad experience.

McDonald's in plant city very rude, sat inline for ten mins waiting for order to be taken instead others on the right of me keeped getting there orders taken so i left

They have always been horrible about getting orders correct. Something is always left off or just totally wrong, and it doesn't matter if you go through the drive through of inside.
