McDonald's, Cross City FL

The people were nice and accommodating. But the crispy chicken was a few hours too old and it was starting to harden.

Order was accurate. Food came quickly. They were out of 1 item we ordered, but the helper was upfront and offered different options.

Food was fresh and hot. Service was slow, but thats the norm today i guess. But they were extremely friendly.

When we walked in noone greeted us, apparently they expected us to use the order yourself quiosk. The blond woman worker was eating, talking on the phone and speaking loudly. The managers were outside the back door with the door open smoking and arguing with other employees. This was a very trashy experience.

I was totally let down. I ordered a chicken meal, everything was terrible. I spent nearly $13 for a dried out chick sand sandwich, warm barely cooked fries, the apple pie was so dried out I couldn't eat any of it. DON'T LEAVE DRIVE THRU WINDOW TIL U CHECK ALL. I was home, didn't go back & won't. & their always out of special drinks their advertising.

It has always been pretty good but last week we got home with 2 bags of food and 2 of the burgers were still frozen in the middle part of the meat!

It's a typical McDonald's. But a couple of the employees are super nice. Keep up the good work y'all.

New location. Easy to access and parking. Freindly service. Clean bathrooms. Coffee and bake goods were fresh.

The cross city McDonald's seems to be having trouble keeping its equipment working after sitting in line at the drive threw and finding out the coffeemaker is not working. Very disappointed.

I didn't get the egg and cheese on my mcgriddle. I didn't care that much as I know good employees are really hard to find right now.

It was McDonald's.

Not fancy, not particularly delicious, not good service. Just McDonald's.

Drive thru was full so we walked inside. Not many people inside. Placed our order at 2: 51 checked on it at 3: 12, our order had not even been made. All kind of other people were getting there's. I was told, the hold up was because I was getting 4 small fries. REALLY. Then I was told they were making the 1 burger, without pickles. Not sure what they were doing today, but I wasn't at all pleased with the service. After 25 minutes we finally got our order. We were passing through, headed home, I think we will pass right on by the next time.

My go-to place since its less than one mile from home. They're very busy all the time but usually very fast. Food is hot and fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Friendly staff, freshly made fries, did I mention the friendly folks who work there. Merry Christmas to you all!
