McDonald's, West Palm Beach FL

If the staff they hire get any more dull they will be spoons, if cant get an order right was a place, i go in the morning on my way to work and 3 days out of the week they mess up something.i order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal.easy.not for these scholars.biscuits with just bacon, they put it on a mcgriddle, one day just egg no bacon, and they DO NOT answer the phone, who ever is in charge is not doing their job

Never NEVER have I not waited for my food here. 9 out of 10 times it is wrong and the people get mad at YOU when you yell them.

Standing waiting to order while the entire time the front cashiers back is turned on me while she’s on her phone! & While ordering she keeps asking me is that it! Like where’s the good customer service?

The employees are very helpful, and the store is clean every time I go. They are fast with orders and fries are done right.

I ordered the 2 for 5 dollar fish and 10pc nugget. They Cashier did an excellent job of communicating with the cooks about my order. When I received my order it was just as I requested it and it was fresh unlike some other Mcdonalds I have been to.

McDonald's on Okeechobee Boulevard, are you kidding. These people were outwardly friendly opening the door for you wishing you to have a nice day helping you get everything there and bring the food to you what a McDonald's!

What can I say? Who likes fast food but doesn't like McDonalds? Giving it an extra star because of the kiosks that are there now. I love the fact that I can place my order myself and know that the ticket will have on it exactly what I want and not be botched up by one of the many careless cashiers that McDonalds has a knack of employing. They also bring the order right to your table. Def some positive steps taken by McDonalds.

This is one of the McDonalds with a staff that has no standards. I had a typical crappy fast food experience, cold food and unproportioned toppings. Don't waste your money. Go to the BK one block up. The food is always good quality.

Nice clean McDonalds and attentive staff. A majority of the time they get the order right on point.

Service was pleasant! But the burger was very dry had to get extra sauce that still didn't help though. Not a bad visit but not a great one either as eating my meal was concerned. I went for the burger so that's why I was so disappointed.

A ghetto paradise on okeechobee! If you enjoy cashiers that are incredibly rude and talk back come to this amaIng fast food joint!

Me and my wife are living in Palm Beach county and we are travel lovers and we like to taste different food flavors, also we enjoy to know new places in our neighbor and far to, for that reason  in that occasion we visited mcdonald's where they have good prices, good branches and quality, the staff is very nice and helpfully, the place have exhibited many nascar cars, is really nice, also is clean and organized, and you can do everything by the website.
