McDonald's, Tampa FL

Ordered a breakfast meal and added cheese. Got to work and my sandwich is missing the egg and the cheese.

The place looks out of date like your employees. We require smiles, English and fresh food. None which I received from here.

Honestly I’ve been to probably hundreds of McDonalds over time and none of them have ever been an exceptional experience, that’s not really what you go here for. But every single time I make my way to this McD’s every member of the staff is genuinely the sweetest and has gotten my order right every time (and trust me I modify a lot). I wish I had specific names to drop cause the ladies on the windows are really the best. So glad this one is close to home for me!

I advise no one to go to that McDonald on Fletcher because they always screw up in there and they wait on you with a attitude

Order from doordash, food was delivered overcooked burnt and not edible and nothing was done about it food wasn't replaced or compensated how do they get away with this, it seems to be no oversight in this place food goes out as it goes out with no regards to quality control

Service at the Tampa Bay area McDonald's are consistently bad in my opinion, to the point I will only eat at McDonald's located in the county instead because Service is much better and attention to detail. No one should be served stale French fries or not be served the food they requested how they asked for it to be prepared when you are paying your hard earned money.

Very poor service. I had to wait at the register while at least 6-8 workers just walked around me and didn't say anything. After my order was taken I had to take my sandwich back 3 times and still yet the last time they put bacon and onions on my sandwich which doesn't even come with that and I don't eat meat. Will not ever go back.

Not 24 hr drive thru. After waiting approx 15min in line they said "we are closed" no service.no other communication.

Cold old fries not worth eating. Double quarter pounder tasted old, nuggets cold not fresh. I hope to get a better experience next time when food is fresh.

I can through the drive thru and ask for my food be in separate bags.the employee act like she was mad

Ehhh not a fan of McDonald’s. Decided to try it after yrs and it’s still a piece of cardboard box (nuggets)

As usual, line was wrapped around the building and indoor service was closed to customers except for delivery. Instead of being able to use my app, I wound up going home and ordering delivery
