McDonald's, Tallahassee FL

Waited off to the side for 10 minutes to get my 2 McRibs. When they handed me the bag I didn't check it. No McRibs, 2 orders of fries a McChicken and 2 sorry hamburgers all cold. No more going to this place.

Slow service, employees not trained properly a mess everywhere, poor service, not worth going at all

Normally I dont even eat here because it is the worst of all fast food chains. But I was hungry for something quick before work. Ordered a cheeseburger and a fish filet and they were mediocre as usual and a couple degrees above room temperature. But the thing that really irked me was the whole time while I was sitting inside eating, an employee was yelling foul expletives left and right behind the counter. Why this type of trash talk is tolerated in a family restaurant is a poor reflection on the management and the corporation. People like this should not be employed in public service positions.

I know there were short handed because of covid BUT
after waiting for 10 minutes in the drive thru line, I watched them take orders from the other lane 3 times. I drove off.

Wait time is over rated and come to find out why the workers are on their phones and rude after they have made you wait so long for fast food if I wanted to wait longer then normal I would have just went out to eat where is the managers that run the store please hire people that want to be at work and not to mention I'm calling corporate

Ordered inside on the kiosk. Payed got my food. But getting my drinks proved to be difficult. Had to scream to get their attention. The food was okay but the service was terrible!

This is the WORST Mc Donalds EVER! 25 minutes at curbside for 2 drinks and a large fry and they still aren’t out here! Go to another location if your impatient!

Customer service was terrible through drive through not even a hello from cashier or one that gave us our food, acted very rude no straws no have a nice day, we went on 10/2 around 12: 20. I've worked in food industry in the past and thats no excuse for that type of service and they want more an hour but can't even smile. Won't go back.

Spend 15 minutes in drive through never took my order just had to pull up and order through the window and had to wait 15 minutes more bad service. Want be going back no time soon.

Manager nice but night shift needs to do better it 6pm nobody wares a headset but the person who takes orders and the person taking your order does a half job snatches card and texts on phone while doing payment ive been to the hood and they do a better job than this

The staff was unprofessional and rude. They ignored customers when we tried to ask some questionsand other customersas well.

The food was not even hot and was barely warm. The double cheese burger was just thrown together and not even really sitting on bun. There was to much ketchup and mustard on it.

The fries were barley warm and didn't have any salt on them at all and they tasted as thought they had been sitting there for a little while.

This place is just terrible. It never gets any better. They just can't figure it out. Hands down the worst location in town.

Not sure how the service is, never got any. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes with no cars in front of me and then went inside to be told they don't serve guest inside after 8pm.

Every drive thru experience in this McDonald’s has resulted and verbal harassment from the workers. The manager at this establishment is incredibly unprofessional. I arrived at the McDonald’s at 10: 40 and was told at 10: 55 that the restaurant is closed? It’s open until 1 am.you made me wait 15 minutes.

Whomever the franchise owner is, they need to just close this location because they clearly do not know how to hire managers and workers.

This location is always so poorly operated with long wait times, sloppy order prep, and workers serving many functions at once. On the most recent visit, I waited 25 minutes, payment was received at the second window by the dine-in cashier, he gave my drink (wrong drink), and had to ask another member about my order which was cold by the time I received it.

This has been going on for the better part of a year. Just shut it down.

Just did to drive through but still good service active service clean store from the outside good attitude by staff good food

After sitting in the drive thru and not having our order taken, while the other drive thru had 2 or 3 orders placed; I just drove up to the first window. The cashier just walked away. I then went to the window where we would have picked up our food. Both employees at that window walked away. I then tried to call just to let someone know what was going on, and of course no answer.

Hadn't had mcdonalds fries and coffee in forever, so got both but my fries weren't hot or even warm, but i was starving so ate some. Later i had the worst stomach ache.
Never eating there again!
