McDonald's, Boca Raton FL

Didn't actually order, they didn't have one of the items I wanted to order. How does McDonald's run out of things on their menu? 2nd time I tried this location. Neither worked out.

No errors on the order. For some unknown reason McDonald's also ways forget to add jam with the biscuit.

I went into the store today to get hash browns for myself and children that's all we wanted were hash browns and we all got instantly sick and threw up. I feel like this McDonald's needs to be checked by the health department!

Very poor service and rude staff. The food itself is normal, the potatoes and cheeseburgers were fresh.

Untrained order taker incorrectly inputs my order and manager says it my fault. $#@! OFF McDonald's. Why is it always dirty inside? Does the manager not know how to assign task. This is a blessing is disguise. I'll never waste my time or money on this low quality food or store again.

Won't stop here again. Might as well have a auto attendant answer at drive tru. There is no need for this type of attitude so early.

Worst on the planet! I never go here because drive through is insanely slow. Today I was getting my car washed next door. Car line empty so I walk over while they are detailing my car. Nobody inside.perfect; should be quick. No employees at the counter…trouble. Maybe I’m supposed to use the self serve thing…not functioning. Now someone comes to take my orders. They’re new. That’s ok. Someone comes.progress. I order a double cheeseburger and an unsweet tea. Easy. I thought. They couldn’t get it done for me before I had to leave to walk over and get car. Left without food or refund. Worst McDonald’s in the planet.

Under construction but it's ridiculous the amount of noise and dust. You are literally in the middle of the site. Should have been closed until its over.

Not bad except for all the construction rennovation going on. Main lobby is open but limited seating due to rennovation.

The service is ALWAYS slow at this location! Whether is afternoon or midnight service.they need to hire BETTER and FASTER staff. For some reason the ice cream machine never works at night.

Fast, hot, and got our order right. All you need in a McDonalds. Could have used more ketchup to-go

Went around 9: 30pm 6/10.took bout 20 mins for a Large Number 2 and then when gave my food i asked for a cup i was told isn't that a cup right there (and yes there was a cup sitting there but it was there before i started ordering) one kid in pretty sure was high and she confronted him and he said no.had to wait another 5 mins for someone to pay attention so i could ask for a large lid for my drink because they were out of stock!

Employees were inexperienced, and everything seemed dirty. This McDonald's is in serious need of a renovation.

Went to drive through screwed up my order so bad have to go back inside ask for no mustard no ketchup on my burgers and they put ketchup on all of them forgot to give me my chicken nuggets

The location I visited needs to be more organized an more professional. How hard is it to take a order an yet it be so messed up

This particular location is one of the better ones in my area for food quality control right temperature right taste fast service.

Overall the place was clean, the people were friendly and my food came out fast. My complaint is that I brought my 5 yr old nephew here to play not realising the playground is indoor with no A/C. That is a HUGE issue esp here in south FL. Disappointed

Stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. No one bothered to even say hello.

5 to 6 people working not even busy in drive thru and a few people waiting inside, ridiculously slow and some don't even what they are doing.

Stood at the counter for 10 mins before somebody came to take my order. Restaurant was empty and the workers that I could see were standing talking and laughing. Pretty bad if you ask me.
