Absolutely the most incompetent people I’ve ever met in my life! Slow service! And after midnight they only have nuggets! How stupid can you be!

This store should not be advertised as 24 hours! Wanted to order a frappe and I was denied service due to short staff. I don’t believe a whole team is needed to make a frappe.

I wish I could give this place no stars at all. Rude staff and horrible service. Employees, Please go find some place to work if you don’t want to be there.

They made me wait more than 10 minutes to give me the wrong order! They also decide themselves when they are going to close the restaurant so it is not 24 hours! They also gave us an uncooked burger

Every time the drive-thru the person who’s taking the order tells: No Soda and only we are receiving cash.that’s happened more than 3 times.terrible service in a great location.

Everything was fine, until we got our order and it was completely wrong. We went back through the line, and they gave us the right order.

I came through the drive through and they forgot my 2 6 piece nuggets and then I had to wait in line all over again to get then I go to eat my quarter pounders 3 which all three had stickers on them saying no pickles no onions and I look I side all of them had pickles annd onions all in all I ended up going back and asking for a refund they told me no I can't get a refund only new burgers which took from 5: 00pm to 5: 22pm they have Horrible customer service and I will never return to this mcdonald's again the entire staff who was working needs to be fired unless they want to continue to lose customers

Went to drive through late and was told only nuggets and fries. Really? For that just shutdown.

Worst experience at McDs ever last night. Customers at DT speaker had to call out to get help. Employees arguing with each other blatantly in front of customers. Then I was told I had to park & wait for my food. This pic is the nasty undercooked burger I took a bite of. If I get sick, this is my record of events. I was there around 845pm Jan 8. McDonald's what are you going to do? Bad attitude turned into horrible food.

I waited 40+ minutes for 2 large fries, went to 2 days straight and they were only serving fries, ice cream and drinks. If I could give 0 stars I could. Went a second/third time, again only fries and ice cream. They start cleaning early to leave early so they close the kitchen and leave the easier things/things they don’t clean open so they’re selling something. Horrible service every time I go. Not going again

My to go to spot for my fillet o fish combo.when I can't get it then.but prompt service and great signature products.lost a star because when they on a break or close for any out of the ordinary reason they have you at the drive in waiting sometimes without saying anything and they are in the building.

Waited on line for 20 minutes on drive through for 2 cheeseburgers. I gave up after that since there were still 4 cars in front of me and no movement.

Horrible, dont do uber eats from this place unprofessional staff, nasty staff, dirty place an to the owner your manager is stealing food from your place.

Service terrible, staff talking loudly each other while customers waiting to place their orders, nobody cares. The managers from the corporate have to do more inspections in this place.

This place has the best of caring services to their clients who they do not treat as customers as they go about administering attentive specialized treatment while providing services to each and every customer.

We had a coupon for buy one get one quarter pounder and had just left urgent care with a brace on a broken finger and a black and blue face after tripping over a hose in our yard. McDonald's was a real lifesaver! The quarter pounders

This place is beautiful.the tables got pc's and it just gotten remodeled.custumer service it's okay. But they sure can make it better.

The drive thru take 40 mins to get your food don't go here you can go to a sit down restaurant and get out faster

Honestly the worst McDonald’s in all of Miami. I legit rather go to little Havana and use a translator to order than order here. They never get the order right and I’ve never waited less than 10 minutes.

Same as the last time, young looking robots manning the register without the slightest hint for courtesy.
