McDonald's, Championsgate FL

Very disorganized, I could not get anyone to take my order inside the restaurant, had to use the kiosk, even after requesting service at the register. Employees were messing around, didn't greet the customers, didn't even acknowledged we were there.

Absolutely disgusting, food, dirt and many other things on the floor, didn't see anyone cleaning at all. Except for someone who had to come too our table, I suggest those little mats that have a sign saying not cleaned and cleaned. Do not recommend, we will not be coming back, one worker instead of doing her job like she was supposed to went off and did another job. This McDonald's doesn't deserve a 3.7 ranting, I'm not sure anything was sanitary. The kids asked for Luca toys on the huge kiosks you order on, nope they got something totally different, doesn't really make a difference but they would of liked they're Luca toys.

The food was prepared and served in a timely manner. The arcade room was not up to par. We traveled to this location in three separate cars for the kids to enjoy, the largest McDonald's in the world. It was an overrated experience (in my opinion).

I walked inside and I was at the register for approximately 5 mins and not one person acknowledged me. I left and went somewhere else.

This is my “go to” McDonald’s! The staff is always friendly, precise, & eager to service your needs. Yvonne is definitely a 5-star employee who goes above & beyond at being the highlight of your day. Jason is also an amazing asset. Thank you all for the great service!

I wish I can give no stars, this McDonald’s can NEVER get any of my orders right and when you say something is missing or something is wrong they get an attitude. I understand they are on a timer for each customer but it’s not hard to look up at a screen and put the items in the bag and they shove everything in one bag. They never give the sauce you ask for. If you order from here don’t leave without checking your order 9/10 you will be missing something or the order is wrong.

The service from the employees is sub par. The french fries thru the drive thru are always stale. I have been a diet cole drinker for years and the diet coke at this store taste like medicine. I tell one of the supervisors and her response is oh it looks like its friday the 13th again!
I would bet this mcdonalds is not a corporate store.

The best one in the area, they are reasonably quick, you usually have to wait a couple of minutes after you place your order in the carry out parking. One thing I noticed living in the area, you do have to check your bag to make sure your order is correct including additional sauces that you order, because there is a 50/50 chance something will be missing. Food quality has been good in my past experiences.

Worst McDonald's have ever been to. Slow service and people that ordered after me got their food first. Asked why are people that ordered after me getting their food first. She said depends on what they ordered. I thought you were supposed to do in order of as who ordered first.

I really like this specific store. I stop there 3-5 times in a week so I see the morning crew regularly. They're ALWAYS wonderfully polite, say hello and goodbye and engage in the little hit of small talk that has so much influence on my day. I'll continue stopping in until my schedule won't allow it.

Had only one cashier line open, line was super long (as was the drive through) ; not sure if they were short personnel, but it was almost 30 minutes wait before we finally got our order. On the positive side: the employee came to our table and brough our food to us (we couldn't hear our number being calles with so many people).

Midnight drive through took almost 30 minutes. Food was fine like any other McDs. But this place does not have "Fast Food"

Never seen this kind of service from McDonald's. It was 16 of us and everyone took great care of us. From the hostess to the manager everyone was outstanding!

Not so good service! They got our order wrong and when my husband parked then went inside to get it corrected the girl literally threw the food inside the bag with an attitude.

Don’t usually write reviews but this McDonald’s is great during the day but horrible at night. Also these people don’t know what Apple Pies are! I’m so tired of paying for Apple Pies but getting these nasty ass Pies. Also some night employees are rude. McDonald’s needs to focus on Customer Service and making sure the employees can do a simple order. I even asked before ordering if they have stuff, they say yes but give me the wrong item

Waited 30 minutes. I know I went at 12am but seriously. I dont even bother calling the 1800# anymore doesn't change

Some great Mobile deals, but the app stinks and this location is ALWAYS a disaster! Too crowded and LOUSY outdoor design!

I dont understand why the goverment alows such products to be distributed to children. But hey, are politicians gonna say no to the amount of money pharmaceutical companies offering to ignore inducing sicknesses and conditions for profit.

Fantastic place for breakfast service from hostess Angelia was absolutely 5 star she made the experience 1 class. This lady needs recognition

The service was outstanding. I have never seen this kind of customers service in a McDonald's before. Table service and the food was hot and delicious.
