McDonald's, Temple Terrace FL

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The people that work here clearly hate their jobs and humans in general. Several customers walked out after standing by register to order and being completely ignored by staff for over 15 minutes. Strangest McD's I've ever experienced.

If I buy a large fry, thats what I want. A half empty large fry box is unacceptable. If I wanted small fries I would have ordered just that

This location is seems to miss quite a bit. It's conveniently located but they've gotten my order wrong several times. It wasn't super busy either. However when the do get it right the food is nice and hot.

All my drink cups were filled to the brim with ice and hardly any drinks. Fries were as if they were refried.burnt crips. Drinks are off taste. Definitely water filters needs to be replace. Ice in drinks taste like ocean water. Needs a full QMC on entire system. Too frustrated to return.

Fries cold, burgers made wrong and the cashier was rude. McDonald's was known for being precise and courteous. I have no clue what's going on now

This location always has a line, mainly due to being between I-75 and USF, but the sad issues with speed, accuracy, and safety leave much to be desired. It's not any worse than my last visit, but it hasn't realty improved any either.

My mother went through the drive thru yesterday and asked for BBQ sauce for the three happy meals she purchased. She specifically asked to make sure they did it, the female worker’s response was “yes it is”. When she got home she found they weren’t in the happy meals. As a courtesy she doesn’t look through the happy meals so she doesn’t hold up the line. Please return the favor and provide what is requested.

Fresh, delicious & hot sausage and biscuits.mmmm.add strawberry jelly and honey to each inside half of the biscuit and its like tasting southern biscuits.

Giving two stars only because the food itself was decent and the employees were polite. However, I watched one employee eat fries from a drive through customers order as he was taking it to the window. The lobby was an absolute mess. Told two different employees the coca-cola was warm and flat only for nothing to be done. Two of The tea dispensers had stickers that said USE BY 2: 27 PM 12/29/18, I visited at 10pm. The men's restroom was filthy and out of soap.

The day that robots do more than take our order cannot come fast enough. The service here was the slowest I have experienced in my entire life. Burger ended up being a bit cold. Skip it for one of the other options close by!

So the public needs to watch the all day breakfast menu. It doesn't represent their entire menu 24 hours a day. Also it seems like the culture of some McDonald's employees feel they can be rude to customers. ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION SAD.

6am in the morning and thecbreakfast menu wasn't up in the drive thru. This isn't the 1st time that I've had this experience.

The employees are very nice but they drive thru is a nightmare. Extremely slow all the time! I rather go to another location with a faster service.

Night shift for the win some of the managers are so nice definitely enjoyed coming here often when it was 24hrs in the lobby shame it closes at midnight now

Slowest service we got parked for ten minutes waiting for sweet tea. Walked inside and no one even knew we were waiting. Wasn't even that busy so I don't understand it at all.

Service was great, food was hot and fresh, however, I didn't realize that I had carbonated drinks until I was a mile or two down the road. I would definitely visit again.

The young, pudgy female at the drive thru right now was extremely rude when asked a simple question. "Hi! Is your icecr-" "NOPE! " Thanks for cutting me off, you rude person! Bye!

Horrible experience. Left Busch Gardens and decided to get a a quick bit on way home. Ordered food to find out there were 10 people ahead of us and they were waiting 30 mins. Apparently management does not know how to run their staff. There was no urgency at all. Never will I stop there again!

This is one of the few McDonald's with decent employees. I've never had a rude experience here or workers acting like they don't wanna be there. I got my order wrong a couple of times but it's all good coz I've been here about a hundred times. Food is never old or clumsily packed. The building is quite updated on the inside and mostly clean. I'd recommend this branch of Mickey D's.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I waited over 25 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries. Do not stop here.
