McDonald's, Boynton Beach FL

Ordered a big Mac with no onions and extra pickles and I guess for punishment they placed the order slip IN BETWEEN my bread and hamburger pattie.

Drove though food was hot bought coffee ask for black when i got home i seen cream d.they need more smiling faces.

My order was completely wrong after a long wait with two hungry kids that wanted cheeseburgers not chicken nuggets with extra fries not apples. They didn’t even put in straws. Called manager to complain. She wanted me to drive 15min with food and hungry kids and she would correct our order NO Thank You! We will eat cereal! Check your orders!

The employees are rude and stingy. Slammed the window in my face while i was talking and they got the order wrong. Never coming back. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Watch out for this McDonald’s! We asked for extra honey mustard and ketchup and they asked how many nuggets we have and that it’s 2 sauces maximum per nugget order. I’ve never been nugget patrolled before. This was bizarre

I ordered Quater pounder with large fries and coke and guess what they forgot to put in a bag. That's right - burger.

This particular McDonald's has fresh cooked food except for fresh fries.but you can ask for fresh fries and pay the 23 cents or something. The staff is always willing to accommodate but the bottom line.it's McDonald's lol

Dining in was the way to go.nuggets were fresh, golden brown, and delicious.a real change of pace from doing drive through or to go.definitely better than my uber eats experience.

Sitting in the drive through for 10 min now really. Cars are passing by cause the line in stopping traffic on federal. Really guys.

Every time I go there and ask for something I get something else. Cold they don't care about their customers poor customer service I'm not eating there again I have spent too much money with this company still can't comply with what the customers want.

I just ordered a grilled chicken combo. I get home and look at my sandwich and the 3/4 of the chicken look like it was cut off and the bottom is burnt. I don’t even want to eat it anymore To add on, they didn’t even give me a receipt

It's McDonald's food, if you've taste one, you've taste them all. Majority of the employees here are just very rude.

It's McDonald's and if anybody rates McDonald's five stars you desperately need to get out and see more of the world.

Average for a McDonalds. Service OK. The inside is clean, but the decor and accoutrements seem worn and old. The chair on which I sat was so ancient and used if it had been in my home I would have tossed it as unworthy even for charitable donation. The seating in the front seemed cramped, little space between those eating and ordering. That on the south side seemed dark. But the food was standard typical for McDonalds, no complaints or accolades there.

Why these people want $15 an hour is beyond me. They don't even give you the right dipping sauce when it says HONEY on the receipt. They always do honey mustard or honey bbq. They forget your food. They're incompetent.

Every McDonald's advertises $1.00 for any large drink however this McDonald's will charge over 2 dollars for a large tea. What's with the false advertising?

Boynton Beach on Federal Highway, had hair in chicken tenders. Dirtiest McDonald's and "the ice cream machine is (always) broken" everytime I go there

The woman that was working at this time today that awnser the phone to a uber driver then hang up the phone on him is such a rude person and A Liar! She really must be a miserable Human.

They didn't have ice and sometimes the lines are too long. It's whatever though, you don't go to McDonald's for luxury - You go for those fries!

The service is fine, the wait is fine, even at rush times, haven't gotten a wrong order yet, and it's clean. Also, I don't feel unsafe, and it's near the highway, right off i95.
