They cancel your DoorDash order after 20 minutes of waiting for it and then I have to wait days for my refund.

Y'all know better than this. So busy playing and laughing at the drive thru that they forgot to take my money and almost gave me free food.but I'm honest. Then the fries were lukewarm and the way they put this burger together is lazy and unprofessional! I'm contacting corporate

Worst customer service ever. Ordered 2 coffee and waited 30 minutes. Only for them to taste like $h! T when we got them.

We ordered to make frappes we got to the window they couldn't find our order I guess the girl didn't push the button so the order didn't process through which held up the drive-thru then when we got our like frappes they tasted like somebody rang out a dirty washcloth in the Mcfrappe we took one drink we both felt like something is wrong with our drinks we called the store and made a complaint they offered to remake them for us which we declined we threw them out at the nearest garbage can! Beware of this McDonald's! We drink between 1 and 3 Mcfrappes a day between all the McDonald's. The layers of the frappe did not even look normal. We should have taken a picture and posted it. Drive thru is slow and always congested. Hire a whole new crew!

Horrible, when I first got my order tarter sauce was all over the inside of my bag and on my fries, so I immediately checked my food, upon doing so, the fish sandwich was old and fried hard, also no one at this location wears a mask on their face, it's around their necks, even the manager, employees laughing and talking all over your food, no mask. I asked for a refund didn't want another sandwich after seeing what I seen, also the woman in there nails are about 5 inches long too long to be handling food. I will NEVER, NEVER GO BACK TO MCDONALD'S ON DIXION BLVD EVER, ITS HORRIBLE.

Friendly staff, decent food got a doughnut that was kind of on the stale side but the rest of my food is what you would expect from a Mcdonalds

This place easily charge me an extra 1.50$ for a Big Mac

Was profiled by a young employee and another employee backed him up was told that the lobby was closed because I was on a bike and with a homeless person I was going to purchase food for After being turned away I looked back and saw that other people went inside and ordered so I went in and ordered and was treated with them saying oh you thought that I ment lobby was closed for takeout no it's closed for dinning in and if you know people like I know people well this was what is called back peddling because of being busted and not wanting to be in trouble well not saying any names so not in trouble but I hope that people have the same feelings as me and avoid this place out of principle otherwise the food was good nothing seemed to be wrong with it

I went to go get breakfast for my kids and went inside to order the food and in ordering my food I'm trying to explain to her what I want my meals to be and she was harrying me up and giving me an attitude and was very rude and unprofessional then proceeded to say if I don't like her attitude I can go to a different McDonald's I will never go there again.

This place can’t get an order correct. After ordering you have to wait forever. This place is so slow it’s not funny. Employees are very rude to customers. Would not recommend going there.

I went to pick up a few items for my woman while she was on break, and the line was rapped around the store. If that was not bad enough when I arrived at the first window, I was told that some one else took my order and I would have to place my order again, so I do that and had to wait ten minutes before the food was ready, next time I will be going to Taco Bell!

I am really getting tired of this I just ordered from them for me and my family. I ordered 2 double quarter pounders with 2 large fries and a 40 piece with sweet and sour sauce. They gave me 2 quarter pounders 2 large fries and a 40 piece with no sweet and sour sauce. Normally I wouldn't complain but this isn't the first time with them and it's getting old. I think they need to take their staff through training again untill they get it right.

They have gotten my order wrong twice. And everytime i try to come at nite around 1130pm they always refusing to take orders. The manager is always exhausted, or when you ask for coorperates number they ignore you or refuse to give it.

Ordered a Burger, fries and a unsweetened tea.
I received a Burger, fries and Sprite! I went back and exchanged the soda and drove away.
My unsweetened tea was SO bitter and milky (OLD) that I had to throw it out!
Had better expectations thats for sure.

The drinking of food are okay when you get them. Just takes a long time to go to the drive-thru.
Team seems to work hard they just need help

Went there for a simple meal 45 minutes it took them to create the meal and I went inside. Girl was on her phone too busy to take care of people oh, the cook kept walking in and out of the kitchen and looking out the door. And there were plenty of people complaining about their food being cold I do not recommend this place

McDonald's is always a great place to eat as long as you don't order too much you won't have to sit in line for 20 minutes
