McDonald's, Fort Lauderdale FL

Worst place to go, we were 8 people with small children and they didn't allow us to use the bathroom, we left all the food on the table and left. They are lucky that we paid earlier. Shame on all the staff and rude manager.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. Staff seems to hate every customer but I mean, I would to if i worked at Mcdonald’s. All of the supervisors are extremely disrespectful. I have been reading other reviews and almost every single review is a one star complaining about the customer service. Someone needs to SHUT IT DOWN! Never again will I be going here.

Be aware if you have children. In this location they don't liked.
The women bathroom is being Out of service for more than a year. And and the man's Bathroom It's out of service when they decide to. What I believe They don't want to clean the bathrooms especially at night. And when they see children they just say out of service. Because I went inside the bathroom was very clean just 2 minutes before. But the door is controlled automatically by pressing a button You have to ask them to open it. And of course if you say something They act very rude. The staff is no good there Including the manager. You cannot operate a business if the bathrooms are not working is against all the rules in the restaurant business They Told us to leave And we left even the Food On the table. I think I heard at the end from the manager We're not allowed anymore to come back at this location. That's a crazy If I heard Right. I hope somebody From the corporate reads this review and go check in person How is the situation in this location and Do something.

Not a good experience at all. I sat in line for 10 minutes, then she didn’t take my order and got to the window to be greeted with absolute disrespect. They kept on saying that there were only 2 of them there. Not sure why that was a big deal that there were 2 people working there? I will be calling management tomorrow to make sure these lovely young ladies get some training so they learn respect.

Seriously? ! This is the first time I got the empty cup. I’m really disappointed. The food was cold, the french fries hard. And on top of it all the manager was very rude and unprofessional. Won’t be coming back here again!

The Women Daytime, afternoon and night crew are the best in town! Food always fresh precise on orders & did I mention FRESH FOOD! God bless them!

Best in Broward. The customer service is by far the best I've ever experienced at any fast food restaurant.

Store at 1352e commercial and 2700 n federal.staff and management at those stores sharp and on the ball.this location no comparison to those 2 stores. This store needs retraining

1) "we charge for water" (proceeds to charge me for extra sauce packets and the water came up free)

2) I ordered a small iced coffee, black. I got hot coffee with cream and sugar. I told her "sorry, it was supposed to be iced" and turned around to tend to my kid, she handed me a small iced coffee with cream and sugar. I asked her to make ot black as I ordered it and she said under her breath, "you saw me make it why didn't you say something then? "

Be aware that this is the “right way” to do a sundae. The very unkind manager refused to put a little extra fudge on this sundae which was missing a big part of fudge. Amazing, and this is the McDonald’s that I go At least 4 times a week. So SAD, bye bye until never again

I gave this place five star at one point but I came back just to say the drive thru girl on Sunday morning she has the worse attitude, like she hates customer service or the customer in total. She needs to help.

Absolutely horrible. Gave me the wrong food. The receipt tapped to bag had what I ordered but when I got home wrong food. I walked all the way back and what P****** me off was no apology. Basically they asked me slight rudely, you didn't order this. I said no I ordered what the receipt on the bag says and that's not what's in the bag. My fault for not checking.

Ordered a Big Mac and got a half a Mac…. A single patty. I just excuse how rude the staff at this location always are. But this took it to another level.

This was the worst McDonald's I've ever visited, all the staff including the manager was very rude Especially the manager when I asked her why both the lady and gentleman's bathrooms were closed. She told me that someone was cleaning it But it wasn't true because there was no one cleaning the bathrooms.and then And I asked her how long it would take to finish cleaning it because I need wash my hands to start to eat, And he turned his back on me when I was talking to her, Then I told to the manager that was disrespectful and that I was going to call McDonalds to make a claim And she answered me saying that she didn't care. This type of employee is the one that causes a business to collapse For bad service and lack of professionalism People like this should not be working for McDonalds.
