McDonald's, Cutler Bay FL

Always serve me well, lately they haven’t had many options drinking wish at night or sweets. My main reason for the review is cuz I got covid and I called ten times to try and tell them I got covid and that I been there a few times the past two days.

Got the order wrong twice and burger was cold. I thought the quarter pounder was made to order I guess they only lasted about a minute.

Everytime I go to this one location they always and I mean always get my order wrong no matter how many times I repeat it and they repeat it its always wrong between the first window and the second window I guess it's changes

One of the worst stores ever, drive thru takes over 20 minutes every time. How does fast food take longer than a sit-down restaurant? The service sucks and the employees just don't care. The Mcdonald's corporation does not seem to care as well because no matter how many bad reviews the store gets nothing changes.

Wait takes forever and then you get the traditional “ we dont have ice cream”. Its actually fun because my friends and I gamble before we order if they have or if the machine is down. Save your time, go to the one on Old Cutler.

Went there last week and the manager forced me to use the kiosk. When I did the kiosk didn't allow me to customize my size for just the drink. I wanted the double quarter pounder meal with a medium fries but wanted a large drink and the kiosk wouldn't allow me to change the size of the drink. I went to the cash register and she was completely rude and forced me back to the kiosk. One of the other employees was kind enough to hear me out and helped me with the issue while she just kept screaming saying to everyone they need to order from the kiosk. I will likely never come here again.

After sitting in the drive through while they took the orders of the 3 other vehicles from the 2nd lane we finally drove away.

Omg this McDonald needs to get it together every time I go there they take their time I was in the drive thru for 35 minutes the last thing you need is to get out of work and wait 35 minutes for a McDonald drive thru make you wait that long and when I spoke to the manager all she said was sorry like really people were leaving left and right incredible SMH ‍️

This particular McDonald's always runs out of fish. Every week around Thursdays they do not have fish sandwiches available. I always have to wait in the long line to findout i cant eat there. Amd the employee attitudes do not make the situation better

Hey McDonald’s I have an idea why don’t you start monitoring through your cameras how many people leave your drive-through line and how much business are you losing.

6 AM in the morning you claim your establishment is open 24 seven, yeah I spent five minutes on your drive through with no acknowledgement from anyone.

Five minutes later there’s a huge line behind me I mean for chrissakes people are going to work in the morning they’re trying to get some breakfast not even an aknowledge meant is made through your speaker at the drive-through? And we’re supposed to sit there five minute plus without a single word being said from your employees as if we are in a meditation class?

$20 worth of food what is what I was trying to get for me and others. Took my business some where else. Terrible location.

More the 22 minutes in the drive through. This is insane. They do it on purpose so people can leave. I hope the do something about it soon because my kids were crying in the car of hunger. Thank you!

People working here are too entitled and lazy, if I can order faster from a machine in the restaurant I’m not sure what’s the purpose of your job serving at the drive-through.

If you don’t like your job you should just stay home and continue to feed off of the unemployment claims.

I went expecifically for desert and they did no have Apple pie, NO strawberry Sunday and NO strawberry/banana frosty. Waited 15 minutes in the drive in and didn't get what I wanted.

The worst and I’m not exaggerating, but hey just come and see for your self, try ordering inside and you’ll be waiting until some one acknowledge you and tell you’d they are busy.
