Every time i go to this McDonald’s the doors are locked no matter what time it is. Its actually impossible trying to get anything from here when you don’t come in car. The lines take forever at the drivethrough too, which wouldnt be the case if they had the lobby open…

Best McDonald's experience I've had in my life. They were only doing mobile orders & I never did 1 before so this was my 1st time & everything turned out fantastic. It was quick, fresh, correct, delicious & the staff were awesome. This location has definitely been upgraded. Glad I went.

I went through the drive-thru and i asked for a cup of water (free with my $10 order) like i have always have before.i gave them my card and they charged my card an extra $2 for bottled water. I didnt ask for bottled water. If they didnt give free water anymore thats fine, just tell me and dont automatically charge my card for someo didnt ask for. Very unfair.

My nephew loves it so this rating is based upon his enjoyment, their speed of service during drive thru and their customer service during the use of the app and coupons.

Why y'all closed at 12? It says 4am. Keep your hours updated and post a closed sign on the menu so we know y'all closed.

There’s always an issue when I come to this McDonald’s. I go there today for lunch at 3pm and of course the doors are locked. I’m on foot and they wanted me to wait behind cars in a drive-thru. I went up to the window where they serve you the food and asked if I can place an order there and they refused. Their attitudes were all terrible and it’s a hazard for people who want to place an order in store. There were at least 6 employees inside. Couldn’t place a Mobile order because this area you literally can’t get any phone service. They clearly don’t care about their customers nor do they care about peoples safety. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. They won’t ever get my business and I’ll make sure I let all of my friends and family in the area know not to eat here.

The teller is useless. My order is completely wrong. A drive through is obviously for people in a rush and they take forever. McDonald not worth it anymore

This place did not have an ice cream machine that was physically able to dispose ice cream and I believe that this was unacceptable, fries were very dry.

Worst McDonald’s in all of Miami. Would not recommend! Especially the late night service, make sure you have cash because they somehow can’t take credit cards after hours. Also if you don’t have cash prepare to sit in the drive thru line until everyone in front of you is served. Don’t even bother asking about the milkshake machine you already know it’s broken. Just close this location.

This place is the only restaurant that still isnt letting anyone eat inside but they dont even let you go inside to order and take home. More importantly they have the worst customer service.

Really rude staff. The worst experience ever. Don’t come here they act like if they are doing you a favor while you’re paying for the food.

They never have “Mayo. ” The drive thru is extremely slow and they’re displaying the “lunch” menu during “breakfast” when I go to the window the order taker tells me “it doesn’t matter to us. People know the menu by memory” food tastes like it should.

Worst place ever, every time I go there they always get my order wrong. I'm big on iced coffee so when they give it to me the ice is melted and coffee is warm, if I wanted warm coffee I would have ordered it why is it so hard to get a simple cup of iced coffee done the right way. You place sucks and needs a whole new more professional more proficient staff. GET I T TOGETHER

It was good your usual McDonald's experience. Good friendly service. Only thing we're not use to is the not being able to dine in. Because of covid.

Garbage place, don’t wait go to Wendy’s across the street. 45 min wait at 1 am for just 2 sandwiches which were garbage. Thank you lazy people.

I went here Friday morning due to insomnia and ordered a big breakfast with a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddles. The seating is still closed. The restrooms are open however. This store is a smaller mcdonalds, even with the seating, there is little space. But the waitresses are nice and ordering was easy. This is in a shopping center directly off 95N from Dixie Hwy, so it is in a good place easily accessible. I do recommend
