McDonald's, Jacksonville FL

I went there and ordered lunch and it came out wrong. Went inside and the manager gave me the correct order and an extra fry for my troubles, but I then decide to drink my Sprite and I found a small piece of plastic in the soda, thankfully I tried to bite down on it because I thought it was an ice cube but this was not the best service and finding a piece of plastic in my drink was not good.

Waited in a 25 minute line to be told at the order window that they only accept cash at this time. I get it, things happen, card machines go down here and there, but go out a side and put a sign up stating “cash only” or “Card machine down”, anything! What an absolute waste of time.

I sat at the drive thru ordering speaker for literally 10 minutes before they took my order. The person in front of me they took over 5 minutes to take his order. They are inside laughing and carrying on. Bunch of hooligans and slackers that won’t make it anywhere in life and be wondering when they turn 30 why they’re still living with mom

Ahh the town center Mickey D’s was always good never had a bad meal here it is always a go to spot after shopping all day here with the fam.

ANOTHER horrible experience! I went in to get a Lebron James space James toy-I saw a little girl playing with one so I wanted my son to get one…. The manager decides to take the last two and she didn’t have a kids meal box! She actually waited until I turned my back to walk Out so I wouldn’t snap a picture of her with the toys! It seems like this store always has shady stuff happening after looking at my first review below! I also added a picture of the manager waiting for me to leave so she can leave…don’t worry I went to an amazing McDonald and got the toy;)

I took advantage of the currency exchange from McDonald’s and received the WORST fries ever! The worst part the cheese was cold! I can’t believe I was served this! If they didn’t want to participate in today’s promo, don’t participate! After waiting ten minutes for my fries and no one was in the restaurant you would think the cheese would be warm, not COLD! Thanks for ruining my tasting experience McDonalds town center!

This McDonald’s is usually always consistent in quality of its food and service one of the better McDonald’s in the area for sure!

On my recent visit I can ot speak more highly of the customer service from two of the young women that work there. They were friendly, kind and helpful.

My daughter and I dined in. If we needed more ketchup they got it for us. When my daughter wanted to know if they had other toys available the one young woman went in the back to find some! She completely made her day!

I know most of us are use to fastfood places being full of angry, bad tempered workers. Well not these two young ladies!

Stay amazing ladies and dont let the mean customers ever change you!

Warning! Coffee cup lid need to be fixed it come out and mess up my car I try to put it in car cup and coffee just when all over, service was very good otherwise

One star only because there's no lower possibility. Rude service from both the person who took my order and the shift manager. A whole bunch of people-apparently family of one of the workers-just hanging out in the lobby and being obnoxious, and not eating or drinking, even, just hanging out and charging their phones.

Hey, here's an idea: How about greeting customers when walking up to the register instead of just looking at them and waiting in silence for them to give you their order? Shift manager seems to model this lazy and rude behavior.

Awful! Horrible customer service! We were in line 30 minutes and didn't even get to order because they closed with a line full of people. A employee had to come out and start letting cars know they decided to close.

Food today was fast, fast, fast. Seems the busier they are the better the food is. Store was swamped but people kept it together. Did a good job.

We went for a late lunch. Restaurant was clean. There are table markers so you are not sitting right next to another family. Staff was friendly and the service was quick. Food was also very good!

I won't be going back. The service was very bad, when I asked for a carrying tray I was told they didn't do those any more. Then he walked away and I'm standing there with 3 drinks and three paper bags. By the time we got to eat the food has too cold to eat. I would not have give 1 star but couldn't leave comment without one.

This is one of the better locations during the evening hours. Don't go on a busy weekend afternoon unless you do drive through service. The last time we visited the place was a mess and there were a lot of impatient customers waiting for their orders. The drink machines were partially empty and the napkins and cup lids needed refilling. The girl out front bussing tables looked at it and giggled like she was overwhelmed with things to do. I use the drive through and if I ask for fresh fries, there is a short wait, but they are made to order.

We stopped by to pick up a quick bite, and they gave our puppy, Otto, a doggy biscuit. He really appreciated getting a treat at McDonald's!

Haven't been to a McDonald's in a long while. The inside service was fantastic! I ride the bus to the Town Center on Tuesdays for work, I will visit again!

If I write a bad review, it's always about the food and I never blame the employees. But, someone needs to fire the current employees at this location. Have been purposely ignored at the window multiple times and have gotten strange orders (ex. I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin and got a blueberry muffin bun with sausage and cheese with NO EGG.) I have no idea what they are doing here.

I didn't understand the drive through guy and asked him to repeat he just said oh my god and cut the connection. Had to go elsewhere

Have only visited this location a couple of times, but was disappointed with the hot chocolate. It was thin & weak; light colored like not enough ingredients were included.
