20Place is filthy, unorganized. No body at the counter to take orders and have to use kiosk and input table numbers but there aren't any. 30 minute wait time and can't get any staff to acknowledge anyone in the building.
The have a huge sing that has the 2 for 6$ deal and when i go to order it they tell me they don't have that deal and that there to busy to take down the promo sighdown.
The food was the said the hamburger was a little bit cool it wasn't as hot as I expected it to be but to God be the glory it was food met the need
Took 30 min to get to order box and another 15min to serve 1vanilla shake, 2 mango pineapple smoothie, 1 m flurry and 1 #5 meal. There needs to be a serious looking into this place seems like this has become common here. Speed it up a bit and it's a nice place.
Mobile app order does not give inside pick up option. Waited over 10 minutes for lukewarm food to be brought out to parking space.
They were nice despite staff shortages, but closed dining room earlier. With the ongoing situation it would be wise to just to put it in writing at the door, and save customers headaches, because at the end of the day we are victims too: (
Line is always long. Curbside pick up is a hit or miss. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes sometimes way longer. Won't bring out curbside if it's raining at all.
It was around 6: 20 pm on Thanksgiving Day and I wanted a couple of apple pies to have that night. I went to the drive thru and ordered a #1 Big Mac w/ a large coke & 2 apple pies. While driving home, I reached into the bag to eat some fries (We all do it). The fries were cold and the fries carton was half full. I never received the coke either! How disappointed ️. The friendly girl at the window was nice though at the pick up window and explained they only had cookies and glazed donuts, no apple pies, this was after I paid for the meal. Ugh. I'm grateful for McDonald's being open this evening and for the employees that had to work but everything was a mess.
Food was okay. Service was horrible. The drive through line was wrapped around the building and the delivery truck was trying to get in. Once you got in line. You could not get out because the truck had you blocked in.
Every time I go to this McDonalds I never get everything that I order. Today I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and they literally handed me a sandwich with NO BURGER. I will NEVER go to this McDonalds ever again. How do you even forget the burger for a sandwich?
I normally like this McDonald's, but as of recently, we've experienced 2 different sides to it. When they're on and cranking as they should be, it's aces. However, I can't quite put my finger on why when their service is lack luster, it's really bad. Hopefully, they get it together and at the very least provide a mediocre but constant service.
Until this particular visit, the numerous other times I've eaten here went without any negative occurrence. This time, ten minutes after beginning my order at the kiosk I gave up trying. No one was available at any register as an alternative, and each had a sign telling potential customers to use a kiosk. My pleas for assistance went unanswered so I left.
I ordered on the mobile app and it gave me an order number. I was not able to received the food after paying for it on the mobile app. I Called the restaurant at 4110 SW 38th Ct and spoke to one young lady and she said if the phone is not with you we can not get your order. I explained the order is paid and I have the order number she then told me I would have to call corporate. I thought "What is going on? ". I did the exact same thing yesterday with no problem. So now I am on the phone with corporate.
What happened to customer service? Word of mouth is the best advertising.
I ordered a cinnamon roll and a chocolate Sunday and the cinnamon roll was flipped upsidedown in the box and they gave me vanilla
I gave them a 4 only because they didn't have on their doors that they didn't allow you to order inside, you have to go through the drive thru.
The food was great, Big Mac and double cheeseburger with bacon. YUMMMM, and fries.but there was no salt on the fries. Need to either ask if you want salt or put salt in the bag.
Rude employees, didn't receive my change back, sandwich was made incorrectly, and I received the wrong drink. Should have went elsewhere.
2nd morning I have swung by a little bit after opening and the cones were not removed out of either drive-through lane. So if you are looking to order an early morning breakfast or the drive-through you're out of luck.
Well, this McDonald's served a hard as rock English muffin with cheese that wasn't melted and a lukewarm piece of sausage, I was very disappointed and I will not be making another trip to this McDonald's for more uneatable sandwiches!
McD's is a mediocre meal at best. The drive through at this location is designed very poorly. If busy the line gets blocked by itself.
Our order was done wrong, missing items had to go inside until they provided missing items no sauces provided from the very start very dry meat
