17Every time I go to this McDonald’s does it matter how busy they are always seem to get cold fries so today I ask for some fresh fries and she told me to pull up I said airline one and no one came out it was about 2 o’clock so at 2: 15 I decided to go in and ask for my money back… because at this point I’m late to pick up my daughter and my food is already cold to.so I didn’t want to wait any longer Plus the customer service is horrible everyone either like they don’t wanna work or they barely working.and I don’t want to spend my money somewhere where people don’t wanna work
I was overwhelmed by the kindness of a stranger that works at this McDonald's.

Went through the drive through. They forgot my sliced apples and when I went in for them it was hard to get someone's attention, when I did she practically threw the bag at me as she turned away. After we left we realized my husband's large meal had gotten medium fries and that they had put no mayo on my crispy chicken sandwich. Working a drive thru is not rocket science people!
Drive thru wait 30minutes or more. Got home to find out my Big Mac was not edible. Bun hard as a hockey puck, no joke. FYI, their phone number in this post is disconnected. The phone number on the receipt is Rachael's voice mail. Hey Rachel, is this a company phone number or your personal one? Would be nice if you have a professional intro stating McDonald's and your name. Or maybe just answer the phone.
This McDonald is always busy and awesome. I like to stop by at time to get something for the kids.
Order was correct, staff polite, but drive thru times were excessive. Store parking lot is poorly designed to handle the capacity this store handles.
I went inside because the line was super long and still waited 30 minutes just to even place my order which was even taken wrong
I placed a mobile order app.
Curbside pick up was full.
Went inside to pick up order, I waited 8 minutes.
My pick up number never appeared in the screen.
Finally informed a crew member.
Told me they were working on it.
Ten seconds later, they called my order number.
I ordered my food inside and had to wait 50 minutes for it to be done and I did not even receive my full order very unprofessional I'm disappointed.
Pulled up, zero line. Ordered a mcdouble and small fries. They parked me. A tiny order with no line, off peak hours.
Just driving through, found the best McDonald's I have been to. My food was fresh. Line moved fast. People were friendly. Even my sweet tea was perfect. Unfortunately I do not live in Riverview but my Palmetto McDonald's is so bad, I would drive to Riverview just to get THAT GREAT SERVICE. TY
Do not go to this McDonald's for any reason unless you don't want good service or you don't want good hot food or if you have anything important to do! 100 Thumbs down!
The need to hire people or do something about it. I was at the drive-tru for 1 hour. The. Foos it was cold. I don’t know why they are so slow for a Drive-tru. 1 hour from the picture to the window
If a person could have a breakfast Guardian Angel, then I have truly found him in your employee Sam. What a delight it is to hear his voice at the order window at 4: 30 am when he says, "I got you Terry". I know then I'm going to enjoy my Heavenly breakfast, and it's going to be made properly. I eat at your establishment 5 days a week, and I've almost come to the place where I want to know his schedule so as to only visit when he's working. DON'T LOOSE HIM, HE IS A GREAT ASSET.
I sent this complaint Aug 19th to McDonald's Corporate after visiting McDonald's at 13118 S US Hwy 301:
"Could someone please explain to me the purpose of ordering on a Mobile App, and pickup up Curbside. I placed my order from home at approximately 10: 05 pm. I arrived at Curbside Pickup location No. 3 and indicated I was there at exactly 10: 16 pm. I then saw a white SUV pull into the parking lot behind roughly 20 cars waiting in the Drive Thru line; I can only guess there were probably 10 cars in front of them that hadn't ordered yet, which means my order should have been before 11 other cars. The SUV was literally blocking the exit for the Drive Thru; that's how long the line was. At 10: 29 pm I watched that same SUV pull up to the pickup window, in Drive Thru, and pickup their order. WHILE I WAS STILL SITTING IN CURBSIDE SPOT 3 WAITING FOR MINE while 11 cars after me (ordering) left the parking lot. My fries were cold, I tried them immediately, and my cone (that I eat on the drove home) was stuck upside down in a plastic cup. Feel free to check the cameras in case my times are wrong. THEN explain to me; what is the point of ordering on a Mobile App, and choosing Curbside Pickup. "

As of today Sep 21, I have had nobody answer the question of why any of us would choose using Curbside Pickup and no refund has been issued. I can only assume that there is no good reason because the system is USELESS.
Went through the drive thru, everything went smooth up unit the egg Cheese and sausage was missing of my mcgriddles: (greats frapes:)
