A little slow because of being understaffed, some need better customer service training by learning to acknowledge the customers waiting.

We ended up with a coupon over horrible treatment at another store. This one, the lady taking orders running drive-thru is professional and amazing! Those delivering your food not so much. Also the night staff treats you like they really don't care if you come or go. Drastic difference from amazing to I don't care at the same store!

The food was fine. The drive through service lacks the ability to speak to customer. It has been this way the last few times. It is always nice to hear a thank you, enjoy your meal, here is your food. I feel like customer are an inconvenience to them.

Says 24hrs online. Went there at 1 am and lights on but no response with a line and several cars there. She came out yelled there closed as shes bringing food for her friends parked in the front

The lady at the drive thur is Excellent! She’s friendly, fast and efficient.she has excellent customer service. I visit During lunch on Thursdays and Fridays she’s always there i’m not sure of her name

Close at different times than what’s listed but at this point I go on different days and there’s no predictable time.

Once order coffee and they said they didn’t have it. I thought it was ok, but when I pulled up, there was coffee being made.

They leave everything lit up like they're open but they're not. The phone doesn't ring either after midnight. Is it so difficult to turn off the lights and your computer for mobile orders?

Have great sweet tea & will only use drive thru! They forget to clean the dining area & looks really bad. Need a dedicated employee just for upkeep & cleaning of dining area. Need to open 2nd register when long lines waiting to order.

Employee was great. But man, the big macs were absolutely disgusting. Smelled awful

Why advertise that drive thru is 24 hours when it's not. I pulled up at 1: 30 am and had three other vehicles pull behind me even a police car only to find out that they were closed. The way we found out is because no one came over the speaker to say that they were closed. We drove around only to see a lady worker that refuse to come to the window and was constantly shaking her head no.

I showed at 1: 19 am and this is suppose to be a 24 hour McDonalds and I sat in the Drive thru for 10 minutes and no one answered the drive thru! Drive to the second window and still no one! What’s the point of being 24 hours if no on answer after hours! This is unacceptable for a 24 hours location!

Absolutely terrible. Ruined our morning. Service was the rudest I have seen in a long time. Staff ignored us for several minutes then announced to everyone they were going to bathroom before they helped anyone. Came back and ignored us. Finally asked again to order and they responded rudely. Yelling, carrying on, cursing, ignoring guests, our orders were not correct and it took 10 minutes to get a correct drink for one person. Been in service industry for over 30 years and one of the worst experiences. And that says ALOT.

This rude Lil boy is gonna interrupt me while I ask for a coffee and tell me there isn't any. That is never a case in a McDonald's sir. You're just not gonna brew a fresh pot.

Then gonna charge me 1.08 for a water my dawg after no water? !? !

Kid. In today's America a little less than half of the population works in fast food. I wish you luck finding a different job my man acting like that ️

This store is cute, I loved the decoration. However, my two visits weren’t good. In the first they got my order wrong. In the second I ordered a Happy meal and choose the toy to be Luca. It was clearly written on the ticket, but they gave me a Shaggy from Scooby-Doo. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the package before coming home.

Unprofessional, rude staff. After not getting my entire order the employee never came back after I told her what was missing. Asked for a manager, and an employee standing by the fryer, said, "were kinda busy. " I am not kidding when I say one car was in the drive thru. And no one in the lobby. Pathetic.

Super nice drive through attendant! The food is made carefully, it's not thrown together. The best macdonalds location I've been to. The exact opposite of the MCD located further up Capital Circle by I-10.

Waited 12 minutes, including 5 minutes at the food pickup window, for a single cup of coffee.
I had not been to a McDonald’s in years. Will not ever go again.

I take my lunch break at midnight and I only get a hour break. I spend that entire hour trying to get food in this McDonald's and it has happened more then once. It's like they don't want to serve you food. One time no one answered the drivethru at all. 1 hour wasted trying to get food at McDonald's. Wow.

Bad experience. We went in to eat. It became apparent that they had a staff problem. Long wait to take our order. It was all they could do to keep up with drive through. At one point the manager threatened to shut the restaurant down on the employees if they weren't going to work! Two customers complained about attitude. One yelling at employee.

I went to 8 McDonald’s in Tallahassee drove all around none were open but this god sent of a place was and maybe I had to wait and hour to order and get my food but the 7 cheese burgers were worth it. All my love for this place. Screw the one on north Monroe street but lowkey sat in the closed drive through talking to the order sign for free therapy.
