McDonald's, Port Charlotte FL

We ordered food and got it 25 minutes later. Got our drinks 10 minutes later because they forgot them. I could have gone thru the drivethru a lot faster then ordering inside.

Awful service we waited in an appointed parking spot for over 10 minutes waiting on two double cheeseburgers and french fries

Part of our drink order was missing and table next to us did not get half of their meal. We asked for juice for a toddler and received orange soda. Never again.

Went to Mc Donald's for a cone, machine was down. Do you know how many times that happens. It is unbelievable. We have traveled all over and it happens at least 40% of the time. Across the street there was a burger king, ordered a cone and got one. It was less expensive and just as good Burger King from now on.

Waited 20 minutes for our food and had to ask someone. Then waited another 8 minutes before we finally received our order.

The food here is never hot and always taste like it's not fresh and has been sitting out for awhile. The worst mcdonald's I ever had.

Worst McDonalds in Port Charlotte and maybe even the entire county. Ordered our food to dine in and they gave us a number for the table which was normal. We then waited for 25 minutes before I had to go back to the counter to ask what was going on and they stated they called my number for carry-out even though I was given a dine-in number. Had to remake my food because it was cold by then and that took another 10 minutes. Almost all the tables inside were filthy and the staff is completely inept. The owners should honestly fire everybody and start from scratch because I didn't see a single person there who looked like they knew what they were doing. The remodeling of the interior did look nice however.

Getting food or drink from any McDonald's is a hit or miss in getting what you ask for. All I ordered today was a coke.it tasted like it had a flavor added that which I did not want.they probably need to clean the machine.
