McDonald's, West Palm Beach FL

Employees (not one visible -about 5) not wearing gloves yet handling food such as ice cream cones. When asked the girl at DT giggled and said. "ooh sorry, the cook wearing them". No attempt by anyone to correct this. Where's their Covid 19 safety measures as posted on windows/doors. Poor management and health department should visit to count their violations. They were more upset that I took picture of 800 # on window

This store here always treats people disrespectfully n than think they can get away wit it even their employees are leaving

Good and friendly service at this location. However fish fillet sandwich had obviously been under a heat lamp too long. Bun was not soft and the fish was dried out.

Great staff in the morning which is all I have experienced. They run a great shift that moves lines in and drive thru. Also, Beatriz is a gem. So friendly and keeps the entire place crisp and clean. Kudos!

My food was so cold and they closed the window At my face when I still wanted to ask the lady for he to change the food because it was cold

Placed a mobile order, and got here at 1153pm only to be told that theyre closed and all the chefs are gone for the night.why are you "closed" when you should be open till 12! This is the 2nd time i had to cancel an order because they decided to close before 12, and theyre losing customers cuz there was 2 cars in front of me and 2 behind me that all got the same speech. I will not be coming back, goodbye mcdonalds!

Beware! They don't have safe Covid practices. I was there today. The cashier pushed buttons on the register and handled cash and then without gloves went to get my fries. I made it known this was not acceptable and told manager what was going on. He made her put on gloves. The manager acted like I had inconvenience him and brushed me off. No apology no explanation. The cashier then took off the gloves and went back to pressing buttons again on the register. In a normal world I wouldn't complain but my life depends on it. I'm not going to get sick.

Dining room is now open with social distancing measures in place. Self order kiosks and self-serve drink station are temporarily closed.

This store never and I mean never answers their phone. I don’t understand why you guys need to get your phone fix. I am going to contact corporate. This is a shame. Why have a store phone if you guys are NEVER going to answer. And guys always get my order wrong.

This McDonald's closes when it wants to. If the time say 12 they shut down at 1120. They don't respect the time they have. This place is a no go for me.

I just went thru the drive-thru at 8: 40 am ordered 4 Sausage Breakfast Burritos and 2 Hashbrowns and a Lg. Coke. Nothing difficult. Driving and I bite into COLD EGGS AND SAUSAGE. I opened the remaining Burritos and they were just as cold. Now nobody is answering the phone. #NASTY

The worst service for second time, I tried to give it a second chance, the first one was using uber Eats, they sent everything wrong, different burgers, wrong size of fries and didn’t follow the sauces request, this second time I was going use Grubhub and I had my order ready but then I preferred to use the drive thru just to confirm, I got my turn to order, no even start the conversation to know if they were listening or not, I got my order and even they repeat it, when I get to pay and receive my order they were missing things and they made to go around bc my little brother want his fries, I got home and the pick the wrong burguer the were cheaper no bacon on my burguers, no sauces as I request. Not coming back and I hope they get better.

This place is the one I like best. I go to a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very receptive and the cuisine they place on your table is so good. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent meal in this restaurant. I highly recommend this place.

Is the slowest McDonald's and dirtiest have ever visited. 10 minutes for one coffe, I asked for a spoon and the woman in the counter (she was sweeping too) didn’t wash her hands before gave it to me.
