McDonald's, Jupiter FL

The staff is extremely unprofessional. Leaving the counter unattended, not replying for customers inquiries. The toilet was covered with water and missing a water tube. Don’t go here

We order McDonald’s (Walterboro, SC) here and there in a pinch during the week. Sometimes it’s decent, but lately, it hasn’t been that great. Every cheeseburger is soggy. The bread is wet and mushy, and it’s disgusting. We have to throw it away every time. The other thing is this McDonald’s doesn’t do anything with ice cream. No hot fudge sundaes. I’ve never heard of that before. It’s a 50/50 shot at this location.

I stopped by for a coffee at 12: 00 AM, after looking for a place open for 45 minutes, without a doubt this place if it was open.

Took 45 minutes to get a cheeseburger and an order of fries and it was a stone cold through the app

Food took an hour and a half. Food came out cold and incomplete. This place is run by idiots

Turtle speed service. They don't care. And your order will never be correct. Drive thru average time is 15 minutes. If you go in you will stand for 15 minutes while they watch you stand there. Orders piled up on the table they aren't handi out. Don't come here. There is better service and food elsewhere.

Worst drive through experience ever. Took over 20 minutes to get order. Do not go here after 10pm. Late night service is TERRIBLE.

Absolutely terrible wait times and service. Needs more staff for such a high volume location.

They were all out of smoothies, which I had already paid for on the app, but they accommodated me and got me a shake instead.

Terrible service. Cashier had her back to us while handing the food out of the window to us, and rudely shut it without saying a word.

They told me that they wouldn't take my order at the register that I had to use the kiosk. What happened to good old customer service?

Ordered food on the online app around 5 am and they weren’t even in the store. After knocking for 20 minutes someone finally came out and said they were making it and just locked the window and left.

Very slow service for fast food.long wait times and then you get to the window and your food is cold it really doesn't make any since. It's been like this for years.

Waited forever again, like usual, and they were closed. This location is 24 hrs whenever it feels like it.

Been in line at the drive thru for over 25 minutes. Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Awful.
