McDonald's, Clearwater FL

Regular McDonald’s. I did a mobile order and went in and picked it up. Getting out of the parking lot took about 5 minutes because the people in the drive thru was taking up the area to get out.

Was first in line at the closer drive thru and they took three cars who came later at the further driver thru before us and was about to take a fourth. Decided to go to a different McDonald's.

If there was an option for a negative star I would do neg 6 stars. Poor poor service, manager rude not only to customers but employees as well. Ordered and paid online. Went to curbside and but I didn't have app to chk in cause my friend ordered it on her app so went thru drive thru and was told no couldn't help unless I chk in with the app. What? !? So went inside and the manager literally walked away from me. Explained trying to get my order have order number and was told by another employee that there was no order for that number and now lunch time. I asked twice if the order sitting behind the counter was it and she yelled no it's not ur order. Well was abt to leave thinking ok maybe I'm wrong but said no I'm not and this is rude service and incompetent ppl plus already paid so had my friend pull up the receipt and sebd me a snapshot went back to rude manager again and was told yet again no order but I one more tone asked if the order sitting behind her was it, she finally walked over and asked what it was ordered and wouldn't u know it was our order. However, once got to home (3 mins from store) noticed instead of 2 apple pies I got 2 apple juices, only one order of biscuit and gravy and the frappe was water from sitting for 20 mins while being told not my order. Not once offered to make correction and to top it off no utensils or napkins.

I’ve lived near this McDonald’s for two years now and I have never gotten food that wasn’t fresh. Best McDonald’s in the country. You can tell it’s well managed.
Whhhhhhy is this McDonalds so much better than all the rest. Just got breakfast and found out what a fresh sausage McMuffin taste like. Keep up the good work. Please.

It’s the worst drive thru service that I never see in my life. Today Thursday 06/08 the lady in drive thru screaming at was very rude. Totally unacceptable (time 2.15 pm.

If I order a bagel with bacon and egg only, why is there a sausage patty with egg inside my bagel?

Being able to read, write, and comprehend should be a part of the process while I'm getting judged by my tone.

I usually only get coffee, sometimes a breakfast sandwich!
I recently purchased a couple of quarter pounder and fries!
I asked for double quarter pounders, got singles, and my fries were only half full and cold!
I'll stick with the coffee!

They handle an enormous crowd at lunchtime and the line still moves ok. That's not easy to do. Fast food is a hard job. Thank you.

The night shift cared about nobody except their selves! I asked for no salt in my fries & got salt all over my fries. I also ordered a 20pc & only received 19 nuggets! 03/25/2023 10pm (DoorDash order)

Food came out hot, order was correct, woman working the drive-through intercom was as sweet as can be, woman working the payment was polite; whole experience was more than expected from a MacDonalds! I will be back.

Wouldn't waste my time coming back here came here about a lil after 12a.m and when I pulled up to the drive thru they said that they were closed but yet had a whole line and on website they say they close at 1a.m wish I could give them no stars.

Nice, clean McDonald's. Disappointed that there were no outlets available for computing. All five outlet boxes had blank covers instead of receptacles.

Usually pretty fiid. Problem is tge workers telling peille theyre wrong. I prders and corrected my order. The she replid you put honey not honey mustard. Plua ahe was wrong. I put honey mustard. Quit argung with customers.

I go here sometime for lunch. It's usually busy however the staff is quick, friendly and efficient

This serves the standard McDonald's experience. However, I do have to note that sometimes there are major wait times, even when it is not busy.

The burgers were hot off the grill and the french fries were hot and crispy. Food came up quickly. We can usually count on McDonald's to do it right.

Everything was fresh except the french fries and when I order my large fries they did not fill them up so I had to put them back through the window and have them give me more fries and we were in the driveway for quite some time almost 20 minutes and it's only one car ahead of us

Without a doubt, I have never been to any fast food restaurant in my life that had more inefficient and rude employees.
