McDonald's, West Palm Beach FL

I am used to buying the sundaes for $1 because of the size. I am disappointed that the price is increasing but the size is decreasing or remain the same. This is why the economy is slump. Everyone wants to go up. And give small quantity of food but the price is bigger. It's unfair to the consumers.

People are selfish. And thinking of themselves. It's somebody who can't even pay their bills, afford a meal to eat or go out to eat.

When you see someone at these restaurants. Count it as a blessing. Not a chance to price gouge or take advantage.

It's something we all have to learn by and by. Greed can cost you.

All the perfect staff, but THE MANAGER WHO IS AT NIGHT is the most rude person I've ever met, she doesn't know how to treat customers, it's disrespectful. Abusive treats staff badly she should not be in that position.

This place could be good
But it literally never fails they always forget something that was part of my order!

This place never has ice cream. How many “machine is broken” excuses do I have to hear. Buy a new machine. Terrible no ice cream.

Went through the drive thru, placed order, was told to pull around. We waited 10 minutes, never received our food. The dining room is closed so we couldn't go in. Had to go back through the drive thru and the girl on the mic is completely incompetent. Get to the front window and they tell us oh we sent that out. Well we didn't get it. Then wanted us to wait and pull up front again. Ha! No ma'am we're gonna wait right here. Oh but they gave apple pies. Get your act together. Worst drive thru

The order was to taste, but the delay was longer than normal, but I still recommend it for something quick and simple

I would give it no star, lousy service. The truth is, believe me, the line was formed by the time it arrived and I ask, they tell me that there is no number that I asked for.that they have the nopal in the forehead but hey that is not the detail mr. Oh Mrs.in charge get your batteries that does not happen in chick-fil-A pity that it is not 24 hours if it were not something else lousy service oh and rasists too

I ordered at drive-thru and they placed my order incorrect. When I got my ordered the meal was supposed to be 2 CB, lg for, drink and 1 CB no pickle. I got 2 HB no pickles (I notice this when I got home, Lg FF, Drink and no CB no pickles. I had to order the CB no pickle again. When I called the restaurant they were rude and kept hanging up on me and the relay service (I’m deaf and they were relaying what McDonald’s was saying to me). Now waiting on the corporate to respond to me.
This is McDonald’s on Forest Hill Blvd and Jog Road, Greenacres FL. Never go back there again.

Messing up an order twice is not a coincidence. It's called incompetence. First time was a coffee that I ordered with separate cream and sugar. The employee gave me cream and sugar in the coffee. Second time was a mcnuggets order. They gave me a box of mcnuggets with only sauce in it. Apparently there was an order of extra sauce from someone else and they gave that to me thinking it was mcnuggets. They made me drive twice to this location to get my order right. Also, I only see high schooler as employees. Whats up with that? I'm not returning anymore. Bye.

Again at 330am boca could not provide me service unless I'm uber eats or door dash due to their system being down. Now it's 10 till 5am an im at this location at forest Hill and jog. I pull into the drivethru and first thing I'm told I can't take your order due to we are waiting for our system to boot up. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. On top of things this is not the only night this has happened. Get it together McDonald's and hire employees that want to work and not just stand on their phone.

Horrible service in the drive-thru. My order was wrong and the girls do not know basic customer service. I understand you can't expect much from McDonalds, but something as small as a hello and thank you go along way. I'm tired of parking in mobile pickup spots to wait for my food just so their counter can reflect shorter wait times. On top of all that, my order was wrong and they didn't even give me a receipt. I guess they count on customers not leaving feedback.

Great place to get fast food, the Spicy McChiken is really good for people who likes spicy food.

This place serves the worst hot caramel mocha I ever drink. I think MD should send them to school to learn how to better prepare the drinks

Make sure you check your bag before you leave the place. We ordered inside as we needed to use their ladies' restroom. As I went back to retrieve our forgotten breakfast sandwich. Got a rolled eyes from the manager and attitude because I asked for something I paid for that they forgot. I understand we all have bad days. I will make sure I won't treat people that way. Though I'm retired. I did smile and wish them a great day.

Check your order throughly. I had asked and paid for 4 meat paddies, and they only gave me 3 this was after lunch rush around 1 pm

Waited at least an hour just to get fries and a drink i did on a mobil order seriously they need to hire more people or something it’s unacceptable to wait this long just for fries and a drink

Roldan and todays staff was absolutely wonderful and stunning with my families order, even offered us a free refill! Thank you for our visit will come again!
