McDonald's, Riviera Beach FL

Hey everything was good it's McDonald's but the sausage egg McMuffins are excellent!

This McDonald's is directly behind my home and the food is okay but it just makes it difficult to order your food when it's a lot of homeless people that likes to harass you while you're trying to get your food.

The quality of food was ok, but they located at a bad neighborhood, please avoid to visit after dark.

This MacDonald sucks. It really bites the big one. Your food will look and taste like it was thrown at you. Employees are rude.

Worst wifi in the all McDonald's I visited around the world, as being a crew member on ship I travel around the world n like to taste every country McDonald's but yesterday experience in this McDonald's was a very bad experience for me I suggested all my colleagues not to visit this McDonald's outlet.

Typical Mickey Dee's, but the man who took my order (sorry I can't remember his name) was very friendly and outgoing!

Went there just being spontaneous to try one of their smoothies. I've never been a fan of smoothies but I tried their strawberry/ banana it was really good, I actually drank the whole thing. I will be going again for another one. Try it you won't be disappointed, unless you don't like smoothies

Place is not open it’s 6 and everyone including workers are all outside waiting! A bunch of lazy Americans can’t do there job

This is only the second time I've been to this McDonald's for breakfast yet it's the it's the second time I received a soggy hash brown. It's almost like they instructed them to cook them soggy here. The first time I thought it was because it was right at open but this time it was 9: 30. Ain't no excuses for no soggy hash browns

From pulling up and ordering it was phiasco. Nothing I asked to order was correct. Then got to payment window, still wrong. Had to correct it again. Pulled up to pick up window. To be told the ice cream machine is broken again. I calmly stated that's fine, as I never ordered ice cream. An ice coffee, made wrong twice. They gave me my bag, that I checked to find out missing condiments asked for and the BigMac not made correctly. A half an hour at McDonald's for a poorly made $10 meal. This place has got to get their act together or it's going to cost more to run it incorrectly than make money. Meaning it will have to close.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and OJ for my three year old. Since I was in a rush, I overlooked the fact I was not handed my OJ. Unfortunately I did also pay for it.

Service was very terrible and the entire staff needs to be replaced. The young manager has zero communication skills and didn’t make any attempt to correct my order. This restaurant needs to be shut down or fire the staff and start over with new people who will get the job done! I’m definitely calling corparate and reporting this store

Very slow front of the place had not been cleaned well had to wait 12 minutes for a 10 piece nugget services wasn't very friendly

I waited in the drive thru for a llooonnngg time before anyone came in the speaker. Meanwhile, they kept moving people forward who were going up to the other speaker. Then I had to repeat myself several times because the girl in the other end was not paying attention. All I wanted was a number 7 with a coke and plain patty on the side.

May 2022. Still bad service. They forgot a quarter of my order. I swear a monkey could get it right better than day crew. Ridiculous! The best workers are off on saturdays. White manager is awesome, the Spanish manager is too rushy but she's professional.

Decent McDonald’s, modern inside. Negatives: no outlets to charge your phone and homeless people hang outside but never rude or disorderly (whenever I go)

Clerk was rude when two missing items mentioned to her was not in bag. This has been my second experience of missing items with the McDonalds on Broadway in Riviera Beach.
