McDonald's, Boynton Beach FL

This McDonald's is a well-oiled machine. Dual drive through lanes, enormous menu and ordering screen, quick payment and fast service, tasty reliable late-night snacks. It was after 11pm on a Friday when I visited, so you know the drive through was HOPPIN'. We need our after hours sustenance! Thank you to the hard-working staff that made this a very quick and tasty experience. I will be back!

Why is it cash only after a certain time every night? How is it that their credit card machines don't work at the same time every night

All the outlets are covered up in the dinning area. So you can’t use them and they have signs posted that you’re only allowed to dine-in for 30 minutes to eat your food. “No Loitering” signs everywhere. Doesn’t make you feel very welcome. Also they have the soda machines in the back so you can’t get refills. To top it off it’s almost $4 for a black coffee here. All in all, the prices are high and it just feels like they want your money and then they want you to leave.

Wicked purple lipsticked witch served us through drive through window while completely messing up our order… nasty attitude for fixing an order she they messed up? ‍️

Never heard of a place that doesn’t take card past 12am don’t be open then the world isn’t cash friendly anymore everyone uses card

Got 2 adult happy meals. There was no toy inside both. Asked for toys they got manager. She started yelling at me she refunded us and to move on. Cashier then informs her that isn't us. She then says what do you want. I explained she told cashier give me only 1 toy and thats that and walked away. Nasty nasty nasty

Poor management service, I thought since the renovation there would be professional managers BUT I WAS VERY WRONG! We ordered a hot fudge sundae around 9 pm (Night shift) and we noticed the employee gave us chocolate drizzle (Not hot fudge) and we asked politely if we can get a hot fudge sundae and the employee called a manager over and refused to make a hot fudge sundae (That we paid for) and he immediately began with an attitude and raised his voice at us! Never again!

Slowest service and wrong items. I just moved to Florida from Massachusetts and it feels like you're on another planet the people here are like moving at a snail's pace and their IQ is below double digits it's ridiculous and pathetic. Especially to have to wait 20 minutes to get 2 double cheeseburgers And when you get your order it's still wrong. Or when you order a breakfast sandwich like a sausage and cheese with a hash Brown and they forget your cheese. These people down here near the wake the hell up.

Always very quick service for as busy as this McDonald's always is! Better quality than other McDonald's in the area in my opinion!

How Can You Mess up an Order When You Repeat it to Me When I Paid and Also Before You Gave it to Me. I Was Missing 1 Of My Large Fries.

The lady who was about to take my money had a giant cockroach on her shoulder… so yeah I just drove off don’t come here lol

So I ordered and asked for a quarter pounder deluxe. We got it. I took a bite and no quarter pounder. I did not order a vegan qp deluxe. Went inside and presented it. A few employees laughed. They replaced it. I was not happy to get out to my now ice cold fries. First time I ever got a meatless burger. McDonalds quality is going down the drain. Sad. Used to be better.

Food: Good enough. The fries were fresh though and this is what is supporting the good enough phrase. The burger, seemed rushed.
Service: Room for improvement, when inconveniences occur.

This used to be one of the best McDonald's in this region regarding food freshness and service. I've been to that many in the South Florida area. But, today was a service disappointment. I enter, place my order at the kiosk, then proceeded to the register. No receipt came out of the kiosk (this is significant for this review). I inform the cashier, Bradley, I ordered at the kiosk After about five or ten minutes of waiting and employees repeatedly looking through orders to see if it was selected as completed Marie, a lovely lady, vented her frustration and became snappy with me by saying, "[if you ordered a receipt would have printed out]. " This really is about how this was said. I reply, "I did place an order at the kiosk and no receipt came out. There must be no receipt paper. "
It was at this point that I nearly walked out.
One Marie projected fault of the establishment onto me by implying I was lying. Not to mention she probably thought I was trying to get free food. This is an assumption. I would have just asked if that was the case.
Prior to Bradley calling Marie over I informed him I still needed to pay. Therefore, when Marie came over I am unaware of what the mix-up was about. She eventually figured it out. But, after the damage was done. I did say the wrong number, the first in a series of three. The number was 092. Nonetheless, for a McDonald's kiosk to have no receipt tape and to receive the frustration of someone, no matter how lovely, is not something expected to be experienced going to grab a bite to eat. Additionally, ensuring receipt paper is in the kiosk could have avoided this entire scenario.
When troubleshooting, diagnosing, why the order was not appearing there has to be a process in place. That process should have been explained throughout to create the illusion of not having an extended wait time.
Even with this inconvenience this could have been handled better. Then, this McDonald's would have more stars. Bradley was pleasant. But, in my opinion Marie that is not a good look in front of a subordinate employee.
After all of the waiting, stomach on E and growling, and receiving someone's frustration when this scenario was not my fault, no free extra fry or drink.
Redemption is always available with Adventurous Loner. If I visit again. My feelings are kind of hurt Marie. You made me feel bad.
Fresh fries really kept this from being a one star review.

Ran in for a coke and an apple juice for my daughter and had the sweetest experience there. A gentleman who worked there held the door open for us and I thought it was sweet. I ended up buying my daughter an ice cream and while waiting the gentleman asked us if we needed any sauces, napkins, or straws.

I watched him hold the door for everyone that left or arrived and I also watched him offer sauces, napkins, or straws to EVERY SINGLE patron. It was so nice to see someone so genuinely on sweet and kind. He saw my brother and complimented him on his sunglasses and his entire attitude made our day!

Nobody in there is using gloves I’m looking through the window as they making food not healthy or safe to watch somebody bite there nails and still go make food then when you point it out they go to speaking creole talking smack like nobody understands young man and the older lady that’s normally in the window is wonderful good customer service skills

Now we get our food it’s old and throwed together this is ridiculous

Food is okay. I used the drive thru which was pretty quick since there are two lanes. The order was not accurate but I was already home so I guess I should have checked before I left the drive thru. They are currently giving out Mickey Mouse toys

The morning manager at 4am this day 4/7 said my mobile order was canceled although it already hit my account and had the drive thru code. She was very rude. Cancelled my separate order saying I was yelling when I wasn't and clearly doesn't know how to do her job. The lady in the lace mask was very kind by comparison. I do not like this location and wish i had a closer option this one

This time around, I can't complain! They got it right. Still miss the smiles and more friendly staff but hey! They work damn hard. That is not an easy job.

Since they upgraded the store the food be fresh every time fast all they missing is the all day breakfast and this would be number one

The service is up, and down, as well as the food, I always want my food fresh, and I often have to have them remake my food over, because they do not like to make food fresh to serve.
