McDonald's, Palm City FL

Never met a more disorganized bunch of children. Every time they get the order wrong. Seem confused with any question and have no manners.

Food was great like always, but the service was a tiny bit slow and there wasnt much going on inside.could be better.still had a fun time

24 hours is a lie. Closed late night with staff inside. I called them and they answered so I asked if they were open they said no. I pointed out it says they were open 24 hours. They told me 'oh well not right now' so I asked when they would be open they said '4 or maybe 5'
Okay so the late night staff just decides their own hours. Good to know. Wish I could get paid to pretend my resturant was closed!

The workers are there to only hang out and not serve customers I order a curbside order and waited 20 minutes and no one ever came out I had to go inside with 5 kids and when i got outside my stuff was all ready just sitting there getting cold
why have curbside if no one is going to come outside

Standard McDonald's. Gets VERY busy at times as it's the only real fast food this side of the bridges. Also they get orders wrong all the time.

The make their own hours for the lobby. They close sometimes at 8pm or 9pm. They are NEVER OPEN TILL 10. So it's easier to just go to Stuart because you know they'll be open

This Mc Donald's is the best that I have seen in a very long time. The service is great. I will like to that the manager and the staff for making my visits a wonderful experience.

Waited at the drive thru and was ignored.this isn’t the first time it’s happened, workers were inside just talking during open hours

This franchise frequently gets orders wrong. And forget about anyone acknowledging that someone put the wrong item in a burger box.

Go there daily for oatmeal and hashbrown, no hash brown today and I was charged for it. Check your bag before you leave as this is the 4th time I have been charged for something I didn't get! Tried to call but the phone rang multiple times and someone just hung up on me three times.

I got there last night at 11: 45pm. OMG! It was the best McDonald's experience ever. 2 girls there I can't tell which one was nicer or funniest, I ended up getting two orders of 20 ct chicken nuggets because the 1st one was gone while I was waiting for a fresh made apple and guava pies. It was a pleasure being there. Thank you girls, people like you create a recurrent customers. Keep the great job. Much appreciated.

Food was good. Service was friendly. Restuarant was clean. Easy to find and to get in and out of. I'll probably be back!

I used to like this place because they had always gotten our order right but now I never get what I ordered and it amazes me how a simple order can be done wrong so many times

Stopped at this location most mornings I stayed for vacation. Every morning, I dined in. I was greeted with nice service and helpful tips from the staff. Always clean and fast service. Smiling staff, friendly service. Awesome experience constantly- your morning crew is awesome!

Great people. Not enough. I go every day for my husband. Breakfast. Sometimes takes 30min. Again, for my husband. Only reason I keep going. They need more employees. However, the ones that work currently are really great and thank you!

The staff there is terrible! I had a simple situation that could have been resolved quickly and smoothly had I not been bounced around to 3 different people and told my story to 3 different people to be disrespected and hung up on like I was nothing by a so called "manager". He was very rude, his attitude was disgusting, and he cut me off every single time I tried to explain what was happening. He NEVER listened to anything I had to say. I have never been so mistreated. I was misinformed by a previous lady employee whom I thought was the manager at first. And ultimately all I was looking for was a refund for my mobile order that was mistakenly placed to the wrong location, which YES was entirely my fault.however the app's "help" section states that in that kind of scenario, the customer should contact the location in question for refund. I ended up paying for the same order twice and even that location which was on Gatlin Blvd in Port St Lucie told me to contact the palm city location as well. The manager acted as if he was doing me a favor but a policy is a policy. But nevertheless, he should have never talked to me the way he did and hung up the phone in my face once I asked him for his name! McDonalds should be disgusted and ashamed to have managers running your store with no professionalism, class, morals or integrity.
