18 My sandwiches are always old, like the meat/chicken has been sitting for a while. It's hit or miss when it comes to fresh fries. I should learn my lesson by now, but there isn't many options at the moment. And I don't eat out very often (twice a month).
I'm looking forward to the new restaurants that are being built.
Just say in the drive thru for 5 minutes, saw employees laughing at me, gave me the finger and turned the lights off. Literally the worst location I've ever seen.
I only get mc d's as a last resort and even then it's the chicken sandwich or fish.
I am Deaf a drive-thru. I was prepared to order from my notepaper. This lady refused to take my order. I asked for the manager. The manager is taken care of very well. Your store need training for any disability for the drive thru.
No one at the counter accept briefly, as the person who appeared to be wearing the leader shirt appeared to have to be the one bagging all the Door dash orders. They didn't even turn to greet us, so we ordered thru the kiosk. So when finally we got eye contact with the poor guy bagging lots of orders to go, he said our order didn't show up on their screen since we chose the option to pay at the counter. So finally after 20 minutes minimum an older heavy set white woman and a young man showed up from where they were sitting in the restaurant area. They let me and another customers just stand there, feels like its totally self service. Yet the software and that there are not enough employees to pull this off.
The old customer service that McDonald's system originally offered no longer works with Door Dash and messed up software is not giving a good experience. The old mascot Ronald McDonald the clown must be turning over in his grave, as what's become of this, it was a very bad experience. Additionally, the employees do not know how the give the correct change back when myself and another customer at the counter paid with cash, they had no one dollars bills either.
The elderly couple in front of me was waiting in line for about 5 minutes before he kindly asked one of the managers if someone could take his order, Said should be right there, manager with pink hair comes up and very rudely asks the couple what they would like had a attitude during the whole order so I turned around and walked out and went to Wendy's instead.that is extremely unacceptable me being a manager at Burger King Yes that is highly unacceptable especially from a manager!
Not 24 hours an when I told her about what online said oh I don't know in the rude flat I don't care either way. Nice manger job buddy.
A female worker came and picked up trays off the table and then accused my husband of trying to touch her. When the manager came to ask about the incident, he had no idea what he was talking about. The manager explained. My husband asked to see the tape. He had no access to review the tape. This happened in front of our son. You go out for a casual lunch and get accused of something so serious. It's not ok. She needs to be talked to about making serious accusations! I want her to apologize to my husband.
Update: Well a week went by and I got a call from the manager saying after watching the tape, my husband did nothing wrong. When confronted by this the female worker said it was someone else who tried to grab her. I asked for an apology to my from the female worker. I'm still waiting.
Excellent service! Drive thru was excellent employees are definitely customer satisfaction! My breakfast was excellent, my husband's was too!
The food is good the only thing I don't like is there french fries they taste like they've got a chemical in them I don't know whether it is because they don't change the oil often enough I have not eaten a McDonald's fry in over 10 years that's the only bad thing about McDonald's I don't trust there fries

Ice cream machine was broken again. So don't ask for ice-cream there, we're told a new machine is on order from counter employees and months away from delivery.
Awesome place. Always fresh. And friendly employees. The PRICES are outrageous. It's better to just go to a real sit down restaurant if time isn't a concern.
Ordered a bundle, they forgot my fries and the fact I wanted no pickles. I got them anyway.
Bathroom was filthy floor was sticky. The hand dryer was broken and there was no paper towels.
Says they are open 24 hours but went there just before 11 pm with all the lights on in the building, we pull up to order and they say they are closed. Absolutely ridiculous, the lazy manager needs to fix the hours or hire non lazy staff.

I love their hamburgers, pancakes and shakes.
Service had significantly improved since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic when staffing was so short living up an order was nearly impossible. Thank goodness!
