McDonald's, Lake City FL

I only ordered French Fries. Granted they were hot but only the very bottom fries had salt. Do you know that for a large order of fries. They cost almost $5.00.

I hardly eat here because every time I do, it’s always something. Whether it’s bad attitudes, service, or food. So I choose to spend my money elsewhere. Well I was in need of a job and heard they were hiring. I attended orientation from 3-5p and was told to wait for the manager to come back and get our names and numbers. It was already passed 5pm. We waited there for about 15 mins for another women (not the manager) to have us write our info down and I had my ride waiting outside. They don’t have A/C so I had figured they had my info, I was trying to be respectful of my ride waiting. They had already been out there for 20 mins. So I had to leave. Never received a call back. I did get two emails two days after attending orientation asking for more info and even set me up for direct deposit. I tried calling their store number well over 10 times within the first week of attending orientation. Now I’m going on three weeks without a job because I thought it would be a quick process to get me on. I knew a current employee there and asked if she could see what’s going on with their phones because my calls will not go through. They still won’t to this day. Not sure if they unplug the phone around lunch because it won’t even ring now or if I’m blocked. But after asking the current McDonald’s employee to see what’s going on with their phones, I was told I had to contact the manager. How am I supposed to do that when your store phones won’t go through and I wasn’t given any contact information. In fact I wasn’t given anything. Shows me there’s better opportunities out there because this one’s not for me. I feel it could have been handled differently and by the review already online, I’m kind of glad it didn’t work out. Same reason I was leaving Waffle House. They need new management

One of the only McDonald's that I know of that still has a play place where kids can play. They also have games and a sensory table for young kids. Location is great right off the interstate. Parking isn't that great but doable. Food was ok but the service was terrible. One of the employees was real rude with a foreign family. Besides that it was ok. The tvs don't work and the restroom in the play place was locked. Also the grimace shake was out and that was the reason for going there in the forst place.

If I can put -5 I would. The one guy moping was cursing out loud. There's a gay guy at the window talking about how many cute guys are coming thru the drive thru out loud and they're just having a good ole time. Meanwhile customers in front of the line and they can care less. And they want a bigger pay? This mc donalds is a joke

My friend ordered a shake and they told her they were too busy for a refund and I ordered a Carmel frappe w extra caramel got it w little whip and not extra caramel

The older generations does not know how to order on machines. Someone had to help us. Sevice was very slow but they were busy.

Ordered takeout inside, they served drive thru first and I watched 10 cars that pulled up after I went in get there orders before me.

Sometimes it takes 35 to 46 minutes for them to answer the drive thu. Then they answer the wrong lane first. They are losing sales and customers. Please someone fix this.

Drive thru is horrendous due to close proximity to the interstate. Tried to use the app but it timed out by the time I actually tried to place my order. The person who took my order was the rudest team member I have ever encountered. Don't stop here!

Hadn't visited this location in while. Went through the drive thru. The cashier at the window was very professional and pleasant during the brief interaction. Received what was ordered. This is not always the case when you go through some restaurants drive thru.

My God, this was a true experience. I feel bad for everyone in this McDonald's. Staff and customers alike. Mike Judge couldn't be more right.

The one older lady behind the counter needs to learn her job and find a better attitude especially when she is the one that’s wrong. My daughter was trying to use the points she had saved up from the online ordering app and the lady left her name and points number on the register and gave all my daughters several thousand points she had saved on another gentleman’s order and would not even attempt to make it right. Not only is my daughter out of all the points she has been saving, she still didn’t even get her order. I asked for the manager but was told she wasn’t available and wouldn’t do anything about it anyway. She’s just fortunate my daughter is nicer than I am. Will not return to this location and will not recommend it to anyone. The employees, at this particular location, need to be trained on how to do their job correctly.

No one is answering you in the drivethough and only doing the 2nd lane and not the first one and takes to long

Outside appearance matches the quality of the service; depressing. Always have issues with the McDonald's in lake city, off of 90.

Drive thru takes 20+ minutes minimum… it doesn’t matter how many cars or time of day. The food is always awful and cold, is anyone trained in the establishment? It needs a management overhaul. By far the worst McD’s I have been to. Don’t waste ur time there. Chick-fil-A and Burger King across the street with better management.

I've been to this location 3x now. All 3 times I have been here, it is a mess. This most recent time was definitely my last. I'll drive the extra miles to the next McDonald's just to avoid this one! Yes, it is that bad. The girl at the drive-thru window was SO rude, asked me to pull up and wait, I waited 15mins for her to get the order wrong and then she told me I will have to go back through the long line to fix it. So I ended up giving up my incomplete meal so everyone could be more happy. I went to Wendy's instead of back through the line. Wendy's was perfect!

The lady that brought out food was extremely friendly. I told the girl at the drive thru window that one of the speakers wasn't working. She stared at me like she didn't care and told me to have a good day. Horrible customer service on her part

I want to say yall have the probably cleanest location and friendliest staff i have seen at any McDonald's ive been to. You bring the food to the table, brought us condiments, asked if things were good, you practically treated us like family. Thats what pure customer service is about and i applaud the staff and their managers of this location.
