Such an encounter took place on a seemingly ordinary day at McDonald's, where I experienced bad service but found myself captivated by a girl dressed in a pink shirt. As I entered McDonald's that day, my expectations were simple - to grab a quick meal and continue with my routine. However, the experience quickly turned sour as I encountered rude staff members who seemed disinterested in serving customers. Frustration began to build within me until my eyes caught sight of her - a girl dressed in an eye-catching pink shirt.

Employees at drive-thru are polite but the fries were cold when I got them I mean cols to where I had to cook them at home.usually I don't come during the evening since I'm working but unfortunately it is the only thing open this late.but never again lesson learned.

Hate going here- always packed - first time there was no line I was like finally but then they took my money and made me park for 15 minutes before I got my food

This is honestly the WORST McDonalds ever.
They can never have your order ready by the time you reach the second window. Regardless of what you order, even if its something simple, they will send you to the curbside pick up parking spots and you will wait forever. I do not have this issue in any other location and it just keeps getting worse and worse.

Fresh food everytime. It's a little further away from my house but worth it. Cause the other McDonald's on Narcoosee is horrendous

They're quick, professional, and courteous. It's really good for a quick bite. The only McDonald's that is open 24 hrs.

It's pretty good for a McDonald's! I've been impressed with the nuggets lately - super fresh, crunchy, and buttery. Also, the one time the nuggets were off (dried out, hard), the store was quick to replace them with fresh ones.

This restaurant really has the worse customer service. Customers have to wait in line at the drive-thru for about 20 minutes and then 15 more minutes to get their food. It seems that this is an everyday thing and the staff does not seem to expedite the orders as they should. Working people sometimes get a half hour lunch and waiting all this time at a drive-thru does not cut it. They have to be better than this for sure!

They said it’s 24hr but at 2: 00am only 2 employees with a long line, 00 customer service, only cash, orders with a paper. Waiting 25 minutes just for taking your order and others 20 min for the food. Total disaster. They needs a manager with real order

The food is always cold and they are very slow with the orders, doesn’t matter if there are only 2 items in the order

This McDonald's was very clean, the food was fresh. It did take a little long to get the food but I did order no salt on my burger. So that's how I know it was right. They are spot on will be back again.

Great prices for yummy food. Wish the bread was served warm. Or maybe it’s supposed to be and I went during an off moment.

Everytime I go to this location they say no ice cream so now I have to drive further just to get what I want

Everytime I attempt to order from uber eats there's an issue, nobody picks up the phone and my deliveries keep getting dropped, I will not be ordering from this location again I don't usually leave bad reviews or reviews at all but this is extremely frustrating, I just placed an order and went through 3 different drivers attempting to pick up my order to be told that they don't have it.somebody isn't doing their job and staying on top of mobile orders. Don't pretend to offer a service its very misleading
