McDonald's, Cape Coral FL

You should have said this location leaves a lot to be desired. The late night shift last night was not on point. It took my order wrong and made it very confusing for me when it should have been very simple due to it being McDonald's and not algebra. Maybe they should hire somebody who actually wants to work

Fast friendly staff. Working there must be incredibly high stress given the through traffic on any given day.

This is one of my favorite McDonald's! They always have an excellent night crew that is super friendly. The best customer service I've gotten at McDonald's. Super quick and accurate almost every time I've come to this location. Super impressed great job guys!

I consider this to be my favorite McDonald's in the whole County of Lee! Let me start off by saying don't be intimidated by the lines that are at this McDonald's kind of like the mirror on your car things may not seem to be as they appear this place can blow out lines that wrap all the way around the building within minutes you keep moving along not even realizing that you were in a long line they get your meal right every time they've never denied me a chocolate shake that is my peeve of every other McDonald's in not just Lee County but in several other counties and several other states don't seem to want to have to clean that chocolate shake machine at the end of their shift so it's being serviced there's a small window in which this machine is to run obviously because of its cleaning I've because I would hate to think that they're failing that many inspections on the machine, especially after covid-19! I haven't been denied a chocolate shake at 2 in the morning at 6 in the morning at any time that I can think of I will drive miles out of my way to go to that McDonald's knowing that I won't be denied anything that I want on the menu no matter what time is it in today or night that it is and that the medical it will be fresh hot food. I described as McDonald's having long lines because a positive thing they do such great service the people inside are very pleasurable to deal with they get you in and out to leave you enough time in your lunch hour to be able to get back on time or even at times to be able to do one other cat and still replenish yourself with nutrients I've challenged McDonald's is a hole and their Administration maybe get at least 50% of their locations up to Snuff as this particular store I wish I knew the manager's name so I can plaster it all over every review that I ever do for McDonald's to use an example to I'm sure further mini of all the stores and I'm going to be displeased with because they will not serve a chocolate shake if you're not going to serve them at all the hours that you claim that you're open why not just discontinued it all together that way when someone goes to a store expecting to get that and they're denied they're not as angry as I am like at the Pine Island store on 41 in North Fort Myers right in the very edge of cape that particular store I've had problems with almost every other meal since it's opened I will never go to that store again I will never have a positive thing to say about that store that store is dead to me have a good day!

I would not suggest coming here they take forever to do anything I literally ordered nuggets and hamburger and it took a half hour to get it and they charged me for the sauces and they charge me to put extra ketchup on my burger

Just ordered from them from doordash. I ordered 3 spicy crispy chicken sandwiches and only got 2 of them. I asked for extra pickles on all of them and got 1 pickle on one sandwich and 3 pickles on the other. Also ordered a sprite that I never got. Fries were cold. Tried to call and never got an answer from them.

It's McDonald's.

On the other hand, the staff is friendly and the service is usually quick.

Usually the same, this time, the girl on the register, don't hesitate and take all the coupons. Hope she is not in trouble.

This McDonald's is a decent one. The parking lot gets crazy but they have cameras everywhere making it a good spot to exchange things if you sell on Craigslist or LetGo.

Breakfast was absolutely horrible. Staff were not polite at all. Pretty much throws you your food and shuts the window.

McDonald's in Cape Coral Florida pays its employees well and they work hard to satisfy there customers. "I'm Lovin It" #imlovinit

This McDonald's is clean and more modernized as far as being able to order from a touch screen kiosk. Also has a kid zone. The bathrooms were very clean and the food was good!

My daughter loves to go to McDonald's because she can play on the computers and also she can eat a cheeseburger and managers are very nice and she says it's very clean

The morning staff is the BEST. They make sure to be on a first name basis with their regulars. CHRIS the manager is great along with robbin, Orbis and the rest of the staff
