McDonald's, Miami FL

Impossible to eat inside the Macdonald restaurant. Air conditioning turned off, maybe the administration has it that way to save money. I sweated, all through my breakfast. Very bad experience. I ask the staff and they just tell me the air doesn't work. Good nothing this happens in this area often

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. They literally gave me a piece of chicken between 2 buns. No lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard. Nothing.

I have been here more than 10 times signs are up everything is open and they say they only accept online orders. I've come here before in the service is less than acceptable what it is open

Very bad service and I have spent several kisses and the lousy service and from 4 to 5 am they are never open, this Mac Donald's is really a pity

Inside the restaurant, sitting at the table was a client with a very large dog and it was not one of the dogs that are used to guide or help the disabled, I do not think this is allowed, the administration should do something about it

Worst run McDonald’s I have ever seen. Long delays when there are only a few customers. Very disorganized

The dining room most of the time is a mess and the trash can is even worse managers don't do anything I believe more work can be done right

Stay away from this place, drive further a few blocks for other McDonald’s. I ordered fries and nuggets, I specifically told them I wanted ranch sauce for my nuggets, it was also shown on the receipt. Didn’t get the ranch, didn’t get ketchup, didn’t get napkins. I ate the whole meal dry. Simple things as that, but they cannot make it right.

They are never open. It's supposed to be 24 hours. I have come several times between 3am and 5am, and they're always closed.

THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I COULD NOT BELIEVE I WAS IN A FAST FOOD RESTUARANT. I HOPE MANAGEMENT READS WHAT I JUST SAID AND TREATS THESE EMPLOYEES RIGHT. HAPPY HOLIDAYS

This place sells good food but the dirt and poor care make everything ugly. All the tables were dirty and during the time we were there nobody cleaned them, to eat we had to clean the tables ourselves.

I got covered in McFlurry mix while waiting for my order. Other customers saw this and called for an employees attention. Instead of offering napkins, complimentary item, or an apology the employee ignored me. The mess was laughed and joked about, but the McFurry mix was still in my hair and covering my arm. Nothing was done after I told them they spilled it on me and I just had to clean myself in the sink.

Trash The worst people At the drive-through window they want your order through the app not through the window if not no service disgusting I hope this place closes down I will contact corporate about this every day every day

I have just passed by this place and they tell us that they are closed even though it is 24 hours, according to them that they are preparing for breakfast. Terrible service.

They replaced the cook with a millennial who has no clue on how to cook let alone fulfill orders. My daughter and I went to this location two days ago and it sucked. The quality of service is horrible now.

The owners of that MC Donald's should know that they are doing a lousy service in that place

Take forever after 11pm doesn’t have enough personal to be a 24 hour McDonald’s really bad costumer service as well

Orders were taken out of order. I was in lane 1 and 2 cars were taken from lane 2 ahead of me. When I asked about it, the cashier was rude about it. I personally don't eat McDonald's so I typically ALWAYS rate it 5 stars because my expectations are to get food and go. Pretty simple.
