This McDonald's is the WORST ONE! Beware of uncooked Chicken! Chicken Sandwiches are Raw fries tasted old this McDonald's has mostly teens i believe the management is the problem they are not good our food was horrible the order was wrong and staff rude! They hang out talking to each other they don't even look at the customer in drive thru because they are to busy gossiping if you tell them to please give you missing items they get offended as if the food is free this McDonald's needs new management to train their staff on customers service and how to prepare food correctly BEWARE UNCOOKED CHICKEN SANDWICHES AND NUGGETS! Management please fix this pay more attention to this franchise location

This is one the worst McDonald’s in Miami
They close the lobby for some reason and an employee only lets like 4 or less customers at a time and it takes too long to get inside to order and we have to wait outside

Imagine walking a mile to go to this McDonald’s to get something to eat!
Im not going to this McDonald’s again

I ordered DoorDash and when I got the order the French fries weren’t there so I called McDonald’s and after I told them my problem they hung up so I called them again and they said your gonna have to come to McDonald’s to show us the receipt and get the French fries. Im sorry but how do you expect me to order a DoorDash so I DONT have to go to McDonald’s and your telling me I have to drive there. There were just very disrespectful and didn’t solve my problems at all and I payed and didn’t even get a refund.

Most McDonald’s nowadays have terrible service and give cold food with missing items. Glad to say this one was on point!

The worst cashier ever to this day. Asked for a double quarter plain and 2 triple cheese plain. I noticed on the screen it said quarter pounder so when i told her it’s a double she got snarky and sassy with me and told me i said quarter not double. Doesn’t surprise me since it’s the second time the same girl does this. And I had asked for a medium latte. Get to the window I repeat my order again for the third time twice at the speaker and i pay so i proceed to the second window amd the whole order was full of pickles and ketchup and onions and my coffee was small instead of medium and i still got a single stack quarter pounder. Can’t wait to go back because it’s going to be fun and I do have the time

One of my worst experience at a McDonalds ever! Took 20 minutes to get the food and then no one would pay attention to me when I needed condiments. The restaurant is also filthy. I would recommend going on to the next restaurant.

They should change their hours online! The latest they stay open is 9PM and that’s once a week! Other than that expect for them to close at 7 or 8PM. They decide every morning what time they want to close. A new sign is put every morning

I don’t know how Mcdonalds corporate allows this store to operate. They are closed in the middle of the day, lines are always long at the drive through and they are incapable of getting your order right

I was in the like and there were 2 kids asking that were asking to please get 2 cup of water, but the Macdonald employees refused to give the kids water, they came to us and asked us to please ask for water, so we made the order and asked for the water for the Kids, I can’t believe they didn’t have the water to them … wow so
Sad we have to deal with company that hires ppl like this … I’m speechless.

I always give this place the benefit of the doubt but they’ve reached a point of no return. Get ready to wait an eternity in the drive-thru. Ordering from the app is a joke. This is the second time we order from the app and we’ve had to actually get in the line of the drive-thru anyway (defeats the purpose) AND they manage to still get the order incorrect. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.

If I could give it zero stars I would I tried going through the drive through at 11 an entire hour before they close and no one was answering so I pulled up to the window and no one was there horrible I’ll be calling corporate and getting them all in trouble I used to work in fast food we don’t close until the exact hour we have listed this place is a joke

The drive thru is always packed no matter the time, always expect at least a 15-20 min wait. Always double check your order, they twnd to forget items. Fries are always fresh and their ice cream machine is always working

Just passed by and the manager would not take my order. Told me they are closing at 11: 00 when I replayed its only 10: 30.

Worst McDonald's.

People is not friendly, specially manager is a piece of nothing. I had to beg for ketchup and napkins. Old fries without salt. Old meet.

Horrible.
Food was cold and the wait time was for slow cold food. Not fast fresh food. And sadly because I haven't eaten McDonald's in quite some time. Not a good experience at all. I also asked for a cup of ice and there was black pieces of something in my cup. All around bad. With no good
