McDonald's, Pensacola FL

Went through drive through and was waiting for 10 min to pay pulled up and literally watched workers walk by 3 different times, i am seriously allergic to mayonnaise and specifically asked them to have NO MAYO on one of the sandwiches, when i finally received my food my sandwich was DRENCHED in mayonnaise, so much that it was dripping out the wrapper, i have problems every time i come through this drive through.

Poor service, probably one of the worse McDonald's in Pensacola, there's a pretty serious management and staffing problem at this location. Been multiple times here and always messed things up with my orders. Lots of yelling in the back and general chaos it seems.

Very rude. McDonald’s on Fairfield as well as 9 mile always makes my oatmeal with milk, when asked. They told me they don’t do that and caught an attitude about it. Espresso machine has a hot milk button. If I ordered one of those it would’ve been fine. Waste of my time to stop & wait in line when I had to be to work.

I have to say that service is always spectacular in the mornings with the front counter chick. She bangs out a great attitude and neverending customer service.

I went there for breakfast this morning.
Tried to walk inside and the door was locked. Then a customer opened it and let me in. A lady behind the counter said to use the kiosk so I started to place my order. Then she yells and said she's the only one there. And it's going to be a while before I'd get served.
One employee was there servicing at least 10 cars in the drive through.i waited 30 minutes before I gave up on my food and left with nothing but a headache. So I took my losses and left. Y'all owe me my breakfast at some point. And y'all need to hire a couple more people to help that poor lady out. I almost offered to help but I knew it was senseless. So I drove to Walmart bought my own eggs, made my own food at home.

Service was awesome as the manager waited on us, food was fresh and hot. We were returning home from vacation and was truly impressed with the service and how clean this restaurant was. Thank you.

Drive thru. This is a Costa family restaurant and no matter which one you visit always great service, pleasant and kind people interaction and my favorite this time of year Mcrib sandwich what else is there to say!

Even if you have a million dollars a day it's truly hard to beat their sausage, egg and cheese biscuits (if you're not unlucky enough to get one of the old biscuits).

I keep trying to purchase an Adult Happy Meal and this is the second location that has said, “we don’t have the toys for it. ” What’s the issue? Is it not just a Big Mac meal with a toy? Take it off the menu or supply what’s needed.

This mcds is usually fresh and made to order, but its also crazy slow at night. Not usually an issue when you're hungry, but waiting about 15 min in the drive through for fries and a drink feels excessive. Its worth the wait, but be prepared to hang out awhile.

It was above par. Location and cleanliness of the restaurant was very nice. They didn't have the kiosk yet, so I went up front to make my order. Half the menu screen were off, so I wasn't sure what was available and pricing except from going to previous restaurants. It took a little over 5 minute before someone acknowledged me - not because it was busy, but because a group of them were chit chatting and laughing. Which I don't mind that until it affect work and quality of service. Pricing and food was alright, thought it was a little more expensive then other McDonald but food was good. I guess they don't do food tray, because I said I was Dine-in, but they made my order to go. No ketchup stand was available so I asked the lady for ketchup, and she got distracted and manager got it, instead. My biggest concern was a large puddle in the middle of restaurant where an AC vent was leaking. No wet floor sign. Luckily right before I left, a manager notice it and told the team and got a wet floor sign. Other than that, food and drink were good, restaurant was very clean (inside and out). Just a few hiccups.

Ordered delivery. Basket if Fries came with just barely enough fries to fill a medium box, but was more expensive. All of the fries were undercooked, and the sandwiches were poorly made. A very sharp decline in quality.

Today we went to eat some hamburgers here and the first thing that greeted me at the entrance was an intense smell of garbage and old food coming from the garbage cans, the drinks line was so smelly that I did not dare to help myself.the floor was completely sticky everywhere. When I spoke to the manager he apologized that he didn't have enough staff, but he was there doing nothing since the place was empty.he finally began to clean the floor but with obvious displeasure.you can't sell food and that you restore it smells like a dump.it was barely 12 noon

Great breakfast, hot and fresh. Drive thru missed my biscuit and had to go inside to correct the order, but service was great and friendly.

Please train your employees on the proper McDonald's method of filling coffee. There is a fill line inside the cup for that reason. I hate having to continually ask them to fill my coffee to the line.

Definitely, headed to the top spot. This McDonald's location has been off my listing for several reasons. One being their food. That completely changed for me today. I have never had amazing great tasting food from McDonald's in years. They cooked with fresh grease. Their stove/grill was completely cleaned and the food tasted amazing. I will definitely be going back.

I had a $60 breakfast order for my children that I made on the app and picked up in the drive-through. I was missing 2 biscuits, a strawberry and cream cheese pie and received zero straws or napkins with 7 drinks. I had several dr appointments for my son (who is recovering from a recent TBI) and could not turn around. Breafast was a disaster. I felt like I wasted $60.

The service was great but however when wanting a shake after hours just tell the customer that at this time we stop serving shakes etc instead of telling them your machine is broken. Just a tip bit.
