McDonald's, Largo FL

I stopped here around lunch time and they were super busy. I went through the drive thru and expected to wait awhile, but I didn't.

My food came out quickly, hot, fresh, and my order was correct. I usually get a kid's meal and something is almost always missing. Not this time!

The outside of the restaurant was clean and it's located near Largo Park if you want to have a picnic with McDonald's

It's McDonalds but it's % better than the ghetto one on Gulf to Bay. I rated them a 1 star. Atlrast at the one on Belcher my Hash Brown was not half eaten like on Gulf to Bay. BELCHER MICKEY D was as it was suppose be like.

A little too qiet with no music playing but other than that service was good, foods good as usual, the screen is easier than it looks.

This is the most iconsistent McDonalds in Pinellas. Sometimes they shut down at 12/1-3 for computer updates and now they've implemented a 2am+ uber/Doordash only. You are not a 24/7 business please change your hours. I work late and on my way home I stop for a burger and soda and cannot get served. Don't waste your time go elsewhere. 95%chance they aren't open or servicing thr public.

Wifi doesn't work! And I just went up to counter, and was told by (Jackie) that I couldn't have another refill on my coffee. She needs to be fired right now! This is not the only time she has been rude, and the second time there was a issue with my morning coffee! I'm on the phone all day today with corporate, and owner of its a franchise! Will not be satisfied until this one or manager is fired one! Only 2 options I'm leaving! I suppose this is how you treat a veteran of 8+ years that fought for people like this to have a job and freedom!

Wrong order, sub par service, when did they start charging so much for watered down OJ? WAAAAAY too expensive. I ordered the number 2 and a number 7 and it was $21. I thought it would be a nice treat for my man and I, but I was mistaken as their prices are jacked up. Frankly, I'm just disenfranchised with the whole franchise. I'll make my own breakfast. Never going back to McDonald's.
No wonder they pay $17 an hour, they can't find good help, and their prices are way too extreme. I'm done.
P.s. Why don't they just partner with Disney and get it over with?

We came to this location on vacation and the staff was absolutely rude. We said one item and a girl on the microphone said “I can not” and gave the microphone to someone else (he was pleasant to speak to) when we got our food we said thank you and the lady responded “mhm. ” The whole encounter was very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I stopped in for a quick drive through breakfast. The young man who took my money was unable to even say thank you. Have a good day. He didn't even grunt for goodness sake. When I went to the pickup window, the girl was busy talking to another female employee, and once again, there was no acknowledgment of any kind. They weren't that busy, so that wasn't an excuse. The girls sure had time to giggle and gossip or whatever. Manners go a long way, and the employees need to be reminded that if they don't treat the patrons politely, they won't have a job. Just in case you are wondering, I thanked both of these young people and wished them a good day.

For this visit I went curbside pick-up using the mobile app. This location has always gotten the order correct and from time to time will bring me a tasty treat that was abandoned and the clock to meltdown was already ticking.

I commend the Manager at this location because how am establishment runs is a direct reflection on management. Here you'll find friendly fast employees handing you your food that has a higher chance of being correct than all the McDonald's here in Pinellas County. Now you're probably thinking "You lie Chris, from the simple fact that there's no way you could've even been to every McDonald's in the county. " And I say, wanna bet?

I'm an Uber Driver and have probably hit every McDonald's in Hillsborough county as well. And as an Uber driver I'm all about saving money wherever possible. So if you don't use the McDonald's app, you must not like money. The deals and rewards you get just by using the app gives you the most money saved out of all it's competitors.

Here's an easy way for you to know what to expect from other fastfood chains like checkers. The higher their prices are the less you can expect to save by downloading their app. McDonald's has set itself a part from all of it's competition and this is reflected in the app. McDonald's cost/prices when compared to places like Wendy's, Checkers and Arby's. Then go a little further by downloading the app and see how much more you save at McDonald's and look at it's competitors I just mentioned with the higher cost/prices and you'll see less savings.

at McDonald's. When your annual PnL looks like theirs, you have the option to have more affordable prices and then slash that price again for mobile orders effectively increasing profits and decreasing losses/waste when products go unused.

Incredibly rude manager or supervisor. Older woman apparently hates her job and her coworkers. I feel bad for the employees here and will go to a different McDonald’s from now on.

Order taker at the drive-thru at 10: 17 on 4/16 gave me an attitude that made me not want McDonalds anymore and I drove away. I went to the next place down the street instead. Please teach your team some manners.

I've been going to this McDonald's since I was a little kid in the 90's. I'm not sure if it's a franchised store or corporate, but the employees at this particular location have always been delightful and efficient, eager to help and happy to fix any mistakes.

Today I had a particularly positive visit. I placed an order via the app for pickup. I placed it well in advance because I knew I'd be busy. In the past this has worked flawlessly and I could notify the store when I'm parked at the pickup area so they can prep and deliver my food. This time, it had them prep it a solid HOUR before I was able to get to the store!

I arrived and after fiddling with the app in my car for a couple of minutes, I gave up and went into the store to ask for my food. The lady at the front counter (she gave me her name and was very apologetic and sweet) told me they'd been waiting for me and remade my food and iced coffee on the spot. I expected to be waiting around a bit but the food came out in just a couple minutes and it was fresh and hot! Now, McDonald's food is McDonald's food and if you're reading this you probably already know what it's like, and it was exactly that. No surprises.

I'm going to continue using the app (it works most of the time) and continue preferring this particular location over other McDonald's stores. The employees here are something special.

This Mcdonalds was great! Super friendly staff (Especially the woman running the counter this am) She was efficient and super friendly. A great way to start the day!

I just want to compliment the team on their quality performance during the lunch rush, where not only were they successfully managing the growing line at the drive thru, but attending the dining room where my hamburger and fries were quickly prepared and delivered. The quality of my meal was fresh, the air conditioning a relief from the humidity: Thank you! Keep up the good work!

Ya'll want $15/hr? White lady was yelling at the black lady behind the counter because I walked up to order something. Black lady had an attitude! Food was luke warm for the price i paid. I will no longer support this franchise and black lives matter is a joke aa

Was pleased to learn this location is open 24 hrs, but you wouldn't know it from the lighting or any signs!
We passed by at 12: 30 am, and my wife said, "There are cars in the drive thru! I think they're open! " despite the building and the parking lot being as dim as you could imagine!

The person at the window had ZERO personality, but our food was accurate and good.

Great place. Great nuggets, and its close to the beach. The kids love it. Maybe the cleanest Mc Donalds I have ever seen. Keep up the good work guys. We will definitely be returning.

Absolutely no attention to detail. They got almost everything wrong. I asked for no pickles, there's pickles. I didn't get the large fries I payed for or the sauce I asked for. I know they're little things but this isn't the first time this happened. I decided to write this review because they took a long time to get everything wrong but the drink.
