20I’m not sure why I keep going here. It’s great for a quick bite but I always leave unhappy. I was the only person in line when I arrived. Mobile ordered a black coffee and double cheese burger— that’s it. Pulled me to 2nd window. The girl asked me there (not the speaker) what my mobile code was. Waited another minute and they asked if I had Hi-C. No, then she repeated my order number back incorrectly. I told her again and what I ordered. Another girl came to the window and rolled her eyes and threw her hands up, like I was inconveniencing them. Waited another couple minutes. Then they told me to park my car. I had been waiting at that window for 5 minutes for two items and then they told me to wait even longer in a parking spot, all after making me feel like I was the problem? Team needs training and an attitude adjustment.
I've never given a 1 star review before so this will be my first, which it deserves zero. Anyway, every single time I have been to this specific McDonald's it has never once given me anything right. Order mcnuggets and ask for a sauce, they'll give you the wrong one.every time. The customer service is below par compared to any place I've been. It's crazy to me how this place is still in business. I purposefully drive extra far to avoid this McDonald's and find another one.

I'll only review another McDonald's if something terrible happens like I accidentally laugh so hard iced tea comes out of every orafice.

Owner Ben is very rude and does not care about his staff, he lies and steals from his employees. Very dishonest, do not support his business. During the hurricane he expected his employees to stay until the power came on. Air conditioners are out and he doesn't care to pay to have them replaced and expects staff and customers to work and eat at his establishment. Steer clear of this location. Having a 3 star overall review with over 900 reviews should speak volumes about how he runs this place.
I am updating my review from 4 stars to one! Interesting enough I saw a gentleman standing outside drive-thru a couple of Fridays ago observing how it was moving. The reason why I was there was because they just happened to forget my son's chicken nuggets out of thing! Any ways I had a chat with him and he apologized and went inside and brought to my car the chicken nuggets. I told overall they were they did a good job! However today when I went to order CHOCOLATE shake and they give this as chocolate and when I tasted it and confronted him stating that it tasted like vanilla! He then said they had ran out of chocolate! Making a mistake in your order, well nobody is perfect, right! But you are trying to lie! That is just to much! Management needs to give their employees a clear understanding of what it is to have integrity, if they haven't learned that at home! It's never to late! You guys need to do BETTER!
Bought #3 large, the fries were cold and the meat was raw, just got off work to tired to go back or call and fuss about it.
I frequent this location during the week and Johnny has been consistently professional, goes above and beyond with his customers, additionally he sets the tone in which his subordinates follow. He runs a tight ship!
Like a well-oiled machine, it's refreshing to see the workers follow his leadership, colleagues at the other MCD's locations should take a page out of Johnny's book.
Respect and recognition is well deserved and I hope you give this man a raise!
It is a bunch of teenagers running wild with zero managementThey're always rude and the food has never been hot. This place still BLOWS! 25min in drive thru and my order is WRONG and the fries are COLD! ALL DONE.
All the time you going night around 10: 30 pm that macdonald is closed, when you asked always say not food o not personal to work, that's not professional. The manager need to talk to the night time employees. You guys need to change the time in the app, the app said drive thru open 24 hrs.
Its 6: 03pm. Just went through drive-thru. The 2nd window make cashier yelled "F.you Davy" at his coworker. He didnt apologize. He just smiled. Lucky my kids weren't in the car.
Manager needs to get a hold off this crew.
Worst location in Port St Lucie. Always poor customer service, managers stand outside talking, and drive thru at a halt. Needs improvement!
So much for curbside. After watching about 7 vehicles go through the drive through and 3 cars parked after me getting the food leave, I walked in. Oh it was ready. Sitting there. Waiting for me to do their job. My food was cold.
When I eat McDonald's it's like eating a brick seat in my stomach all day.give me the runs after I eat it.it taste good.but.only eat it in case of and emergency.if nothing else available.
I usually stop there whenever am in Port St. Lucie with the family to grab lunch or some coffee. Their service isn’t the best I’ve received, but it’s pretty good compare to others. Definitely a stop…
Slow service, not friendly, sloppy preparation of burger, and old fries. I understand there is a service staff shortage but that does mean food quality is allowed to dwindle.
Got take out, when we got home the order was wrong, we ordered a Big Mac combo meal they gave us chicken sandwiches. Check your bag before you leave
So exasperating. Must have been a new person taking orders. I had to repeat myself 3x & then repeat it right to her at the drive thru.
1 meal & 3 other items. Got to the final window & had to repeat the order again. Received it but was missing a LG FF. Got home & realized we were missing a cheeseburger.
Very unacceptable.

Service was really slow. A good 5 minutes before our order was taken. And this was after 10 minutes of fighting with the app which refused to finalize the order and mark me at the curbside pickup location.
Thankfully the order was correct but the fries were only 3/4 full. I'm going to put them on the do not visit for 6 months list.

This time I was in and out of the drive thru pottery quick but that's not typical at this location. But the food was hot. And it tasted good.
They can't count by tens only got 30 of my 40 nuggets tried to call there phone is out of service, no customer service what so ever
This is the worse McDonald's I have ever been to the food is always cold. Anytime I go on my lunch break my fry's are cold the sandwich is cold I have to throw everything away I will never return
