McDonald's, Daytona Beach FL

Dont usually do bad reviews unless warranted. Stopped off for an iced coffee. Place and restrooms pretty clean. Problem was the manager and staff. The manager seemed to be attentive to needs of the restaurant but has no credibility with staff. Several times I heard him asking people to do stuff and staff would argue with him saying they wasn't going to do it. Different people in the kitchen being very loud and cursing F word and such several times in the 20 minutes we were there. The young kid that served us was told by the manager not to eat his food in the kitchen area. He totally ignored the manager and proceeded to take our order with greasy hands tryto work the register with his only clean pinky finger and still chewing food. These staff members should be replaced so manager can run a good restaurant.

This location is by far the absolute best in Florida. The burger was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The fries were fresh and I could tell the oil was clean. Tasted like McDonald’s from my younger years. The manager Mark is fantastic and should be training other locations

The workers make sure you have a great experience and the kitchen workers prepare your meal well.

The person who took my order was friendly and patient. I had an order for 4 people that I was reading to her from a text message.

I cant stand the kiosk.it time consuming and annoying. Theres no service when someone screams out a number and throws food at you.

The morning staff for breakfast (I stopped in around 1019) were so nice, greeted my puppies I wish I grabbed there names but they were at window 2 and were killing it got my food quick and it was hot and delish thank you guys

McDonald brought us the wrong food multiple times we had to go in and get are self even though we ordered through the drive-through

This McDonald's used to be good today day I had the opportunity to wait in one of the drive-throughs as the other drive-through kept moving no one answers the other drive through I'm steady saying hello hello so I decided to just come inside I explained to the supervisor/manager what was going on it's only response was she is slow I say through the whole store away fire everybody bring in new people train them correctly and oh yeah why is it when you order a steak biscuit they can never get it right they always assume it's a steak bagel

Drive thru around 4: 30 took forever for 4 cars. The order taker started and stopped 3 times. The cashier told me the price and didn’t utter another word. How ever, that was better than the kid who gave me the food. She didn’t say a single word. And to too it off, the 6 piece chicken McNuggets were literally inedible. Horrendous experience.

WELL WENT THERE TO THE MCDONALD ON US 92 at about 11: 00 pm where I spent almost $50 and for my food to be burnt and not made right fries I asked for no salt on my fries they just put them back in the grease and made them hard and my chicken was burnt even tho I wanted a fish which they said they was out and I ain’t get a deluxe chicken sandwich I don’t know wat it was but I couldn’t eat it I throw it in the trash

Visited this McDonald's to get McRibs but was informed did not have any. Even though there was a giant poster in the window advertising them. The girl behind the counter was fairly rude about the whole issue also. So I ended up not purchasing any dinner for myself.

The window don’t tell you hey we are closed during DURING REG BUSINESS HOURS! Told me I can’t cancel my online order (even though they couldn’t make my order) bc the manager wasn’t there so I guess they need a manager before they can start working smh remind you this is 7: 10am. This place always have employees with rude attitudes
