Breakfast Restaurant McDonald's reviews
15I did not have a good experience in this place, the employees are listless and without good attention
A fast service McDonald's. Really friendly service. Food was hot and fresh. Drive through had very efficient speakers were clear and you could understand them. Highly recommend this restaurant.
So this McDonald's I was in line the double line and apparently the drive-thru person went to the restroom or be that as it may and they never took my orders so I had to go ahead and drive to the first window and go ahead and place my order which is holding up the line so thank you drive through line number one today you suck you need to be better communicating with your managers on when you go to the restroom and if you do not feel like taking orders today if you don't feel good take off for the day rude
Brayden provided great service and this location was organized and clean. A great stop on our long trip!
Great location come for breakfast 3 times a week.use the app and it's waiting for me when I get there.super clean and everyone is very friendly.who could ask for more!
Nowadays, not even fast food is cheap. You’re paying a lot of money for the same food and the same quality. Steak bagel bread as hard as a rock and cool to the touch. Very disappointed. And this happens quite often.
If you want a place where they hire people that have no customer service skills and get upset when you ask for them to fix something they have clearly messed up. Then this is the place for you. I asked for well done nuggets which they have done it every other McDonald's location in my past and that just overwhelmed them to the point that three employees and a manager had to get involved and they still couldn't understand cooking the nuggets for a little bit longer and then they proceed to take Old nuggets out of the tray and refry them with so much grease that a bag literally blew out in my car.
Went here 4 days in a row and it was always something. Frozen machine broken, system down not taking orders, only cash, etc.and it’s always been the same guy working…. Hm. I think he just doesn’t want to work lol
To be located in the hood I was a bit surprised that this location not only serves the freshest food but is the cleanest McDonald's I've been to. Kudos to the management team and the staff!
ALL of my food was old and inedible. I got chicken nuggets and apple pies, I almost broke a tooth. Do you know how long a chicken nugget has to be out to turn into a pebble? I tried calling back to let them know and request a do over, as that was not what I paid for, and no answer.
Terrible service but to make it worse the terrible service came from the managers. Managers making a big deal about sauce for a nugget order. We didn’t receive any sauce for 32 nuggets in total. When we asked for sauce the manager complained it affects her bonus. But I know the real issue they are racist more than likely is the case there’s no reason to treat people like that
Get a different job if you’re not happy don’t take it out on the customers
Waited at least 2 mins in drive thru to place order. Bread on breakfast sandwich was overcooked. Staff not very friendly, maybe to early for them. But coffee was great. This is my 2nd time stopping here when traveling, made note not to stop at this exit again.
He's a terrible manager!
FYI - never make an assumption about your customers you will make an azz out of yourself everytime. You're in a position of LEADERSHIP.
Paid for coffee with cream and Splenda, no cream or Splenda. Gave us pancakes with no syrup or butter.
I think I would have gotten better service from a toddler. At least then, my expectations on getting a simple order wrong would have been higher. I think they should have a less complex system for them to press buttons.
