I used to order from here a lot but stopped because it turned very ghetto with the way people talk to the customers in here.how the employees instead of talking and speaking like humans yell and scream.when you order things half the time they will repeat it back to you and then when you check most of it is wrong.lots of hang arounds and just nasty attitudes from people in here

SLOWEST DRIVE THRU EVER! 20 MINUTES AND COUNTING. Update * ordered 6 pc nuggets, burger no pickles and fries. Got* box of cheese in a 6 pc nugget box. Extra pickles. Horrible.

I came and I was told they are not taking orders. With no explanation and terrible customer service. I come to this McDonald’s frequently and normally have no problems with receiving my order. The drive thru service was extremely rude and gave no explanation just told me they were closed during open hours

I came around 10: 30pm tonight, and when I arrived home after getting my food I open up the bag and started to eat my fries. Then next thing you know a ROACH crawled out the bag. I’m so disgusted and want my money back!

They consistently are kicking people out for just being there, regardless if they bought food or not. It’s probably the worst customer service experience I’ll ever experience.

Dezi the hostess was a breath of fresh air the cashier was very friendly and the order was perfect highly recommend

My son's GF always gets McDonald's for her kids 7 and 9 at least 3-4 times a week I will twice a month. Sometimes I'll get a Coffee McFlurry. Always drive thru many times they mess up orders forget things oh so rude. Kids love it

Why say you’re open 24/7 if you’re not.it’s friday night? Update your website or get better workers at night because this is ridiculous

When I told the counter person how disgusting the ladies room was, she maybe I show go somewhere else, lol

I asked for a 4 piece chicken night happy meal, but when I got to the house, my niece opened it, and the picture below shows what she got. We immediately called and told them the manager and he we redo the whole meal. So we went back and they gave us the whole meal that I ordered FRESH. Please check your bags/ boxes before you leave.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting my local McDonald's and meeting an employee named Zach. I simply cannot express enough praise for an exceptional employee named Zach. His dedication to customer service, work ethic, and overall demeanor make him stand out from the rest. In fact, I haven’t had this type of customer service in a long time especially since it’s late at night. Kudos to Zach I hope to see him there for the long run!

Bad service. The staff isn't professional and screamed - moreover, they're not very fluent in English so there were errors in the order.

Orders are constantly wrong. Some service personnel are rude or seems like they can't be bothered. Once you tell them there is a problem, attitude changes in. 05 seconds.

Workers are very slow and the drive-thru line was backed up nearly around the building and employees were very rude. You wait in line for what seems like an hour and a half for an order that should only take less than 2 minutes. Y'all need to get your employees in line. I'll probably never eat at McDonald's again

As of late, everytime we go through the drive thru, we end up waiting in a park zone, then the food comes out cold.

Double check your food. Your tummy would be very upset if you do not see your crispy chicken nuggets.
