McDonald's, Fort Myers FL

I never thought I would say this but McDonald's used to be good. The food you got actually looked like what was shown in the adds. Today the adds make it look like the portions are huge. In actuality they are much smaller. The quarter pounder is 20% smaller than it used to be. $2.59 for a small order of fries is outrageous! You can buy 5 pounds of potatoes at Publix for about $5.00!
You used to deal with employees who were happy and friendly. They smiled! Now you deal with touch screen ordering devices.
Sad.very sad!

I ordered a McCrispy Deluxe sandwich and the chicken was chewy. As a recent employee, I can tell the chicken was sitting in the warmer for a long time.

This place just sucks all around.
It's open late. Only fast food that is, they know it & the food represents. Orders always wrong, and missing items. They have no idea what is going on! Very rude to customers and the drive thru is cash only, no receipt late at night? They mess up your order and blame the customer after a long wait; 20+ minutes. Make sure to check your bag. Are employees stealing?

We did a online order the food was wrong big Mac had no special sauce on it. Went back with my whole order to get it fixed and all they did was add special sauce to it. The rest of my food was ice cold.

Cierra was cool. The ice machine was shut down for the night so she used a cup to fill my hydro flask after I got my food. Gotta have plenty of ice in Florida summer

This is a terrible location.the workers here do not care about their job and are super lazy.

I walked out.no one would take my order.place was not busy. Manager and other workers saw me standing there but would not put their phones down. I left after waiting 7+ mins. I was paying cash and could not use the self-serve kiosk. I'm sure if I did pay using the self-serve kiosk I would have to cook and bag the food too.

They were so friendly this morning and quick everything was great and got my full breakfast at 10: 28! Haha they made it happen

It still amazes me that kids can graduate high school and still not know how to make change and management is poor and unaware of specials that McDonald's is running online. My question is why?

Absolutely the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered. It’s not uncommon to spend 15+ minutes in the drive thru

These McDonalds employees have some big mouths for what there job is lol somebody has to flip the burgers

Food was fresh but our order was missing 2 frys and a burger! My meal was cheese and mac sause only and i got ketchup only

Really happy with my food and the lady on the drive thru with pink hair was amazing, really nice and friendly

The drive-thru service is by far the worst.customer service does not exist and the food is ALWAYS COLD and manhandled. You have a full staff horsing and dancing around. DISGUSTING!

Let me start off by saying download the McDonald’s app it’s really really worth it. They have deals every day and you get points and free food afterwards. But just for the deals it’s so worth it. You can get 20% off your entire order each time you go in and use the app Another nice thing about the app is if you lose your purse I don’t have money or something you have a card in there and I can just charge it to your card on file. No worry about having money
I got a nice lunch for $6. I ordered a little hamburger with a side of fries and a drink and their apple pie.

I love the apple pie it is so good I think it’s $1.50 100% worth it
