McDonald's, Orlando FL

Literally one of the worst staffed McDonalds i’ve ever seen. At drive through theyre rude, doing curbside pickup theyre rude, everywhere these employees are rude. Waited over 25 minutes at curbside pickup for our order and it never came. And we weren’t the only ones! Just go to the next closest McDonald’s because this one isnt worth the hassle.

Staff are so rude. They gave us Dr Pepper instead of Coke then tried to tell us that they didn’t sell Dr Pepper. After us pointing out that the order points say that they do, the miserable server changed the drinks. Two minutes later a guy came in saying he’d ordered 2 Dr Peppers, he told them at least 4 times and in the end he just left. Never witnessed such bad customer service

What terrible service for both those who eat there and those who make deliveries. They do not pay attention to any type of customer, what difference does it make when manager Ben is here, this manager and his staff here today really do not know how to run a fast food store

Ordered several meals got home and to find out I did not get two bundles. It was missing on the chicken and a Mc double with two small fries. Hopefully they’ll make it right and give us the food we missed this week. Check your order before you leave. Highly advise

Terrible McDonald's! We sat and waited for our order for 20 minutes! Nobody cares! The food is cold and over-salted! They don't provide napkins! The staff are rude

Horrible location!
The wait was between 20-30mins while there were only 4-5 cars
The lady who takes the order at the drive-through doesn’t ring things correctly and doesn’t listen when u explain that you’ve not order a specific item. Also doesn’t ask what drink!
Ended up being charged extra for a milkshake while the machine is not working and missing a cheese burger in my order.

Too slow! Fast food? It took almost 50 minutes to deliver 1 combo (sandwich, potato and Coca-Cola) + Milk shake and 2 tarts. They delivered the potato cold and other foods missing from the order. Many other customers in the same situation as me, waiting for their orders for a long time.

They forgot my straw My food was really really cold instead of putting pure honey they put honey mustard you got the sauce wrong. It was bad they need to pay attention more to what they’re doing

What in the world? This place has no one working after midnight. I mobile ordered and had no one to even get my order.

Long wait at the Drive thru the order was ready as it was for an incomplete and cold order application

Went through the drive through at this “24 hour” McDonald’s and an employee walks out and tells us and 7 other cars in line they’re closed, in the middle of us wanting to get food. We had quite a few people in line willing to buy food after a long night and this was the only place open 24 hours. Extremely disappointed and won’t be visiting again.

It is the worst franchisee of all bad attention bad service it takes a lifetime and part of the other and when I check my order the cheeseburger without the cheese the joke tells itself

Waited 14 minutes for a double hamburger and fries. Then the burger was plain for some reason. Fries were mixed' cold, hot, and been sitting around for a while!
Stations were not stocked with essentials like ketchup, BBQ sauce, napkins.workers didn't seem to want to work to hard.

If they could get the order right. It would've been better. Drive thru experience. Could not understand English very good. So order was all messed up. Got more food than we ordered but also paid for the extra food. It was just a horrible experience.

45 min wait for food! Couldn’t leave cuz I paid, because I was trap in the drive lol while waiting for the food they were smiling and laughing at us. Took 10 min just for them to pour our drinks. Then disappeared. As I’m witting this it’s been an hour.

This place is so slow and always full. Seems not to really care about service as employees are not working correctly.
