McDonald's, Deerfield Beach FL

Person taking the order was hard to understand. I ordered a fish sandwich with no cheese. I did get it fast but it had no tartar sauce. JUST bread and fish, and it looked smaller that I remembered, lesson learned for the $10.37 I paid, I could of made it myself. Fries were great. The person at the serving window was nice. BTW their receipt machine needs some ink I got a receipt but you can't read it.

McDonalds has cheap and tasty food. They have great service and it did not take long to get my order.

Bad attitude, warm soda because no ice at store, ask for no cheese and cheese in the burger, paid for large fríes & got nothing, had to complain to get a médium fríes.

Worst McDonald I've ever been. Corporate do something pls.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I did an online order and it took 30mins just to get my food. I ordered a caramel frappe and they told me they were out of it. I asked how to get a refund and they said I have to email customer service. I made this order on 5/20 and have contacted customer service numerous times and was told the store has to process the refund and they would email the manager to have them call me. It has been a month and I’m still waiting on $2.89 refund. McDonald’s has lost me as a customer for good.

My breakfast take out today was great in and out.
I had two crispy chicken sandwich two hash browns in a large orange juice breakfast is always considered that day and morning it was good as dinner should be.

Everything was fine until I got to the window to get my food. There were 3 windows, the first one to pay, the second and third are to get your food, but there's no communication about not moving forward from one window to the next. I went from one window to the next because the person before me left. Worker lectured me on moving, but there's no sign and no one said to NOT move. Every McDonald's operates the differently and not all have as many windows. Clearly need signage or better training. The lecturing put me off, not a good ending to what would have been a perfectly fine experience.

Do not go to this McDonald's you can be the only person in the store n they still take there time poor management

Ive been coming to this McDonalds near my job pretty often and the reason being it is the best McDonalds in the area, not only everyone is fast and friendly but the food comes out always the way I expect it and the place is always clean. Good place to sit down and enjoy your meal or in my case my lunch break.

If you want a terrible customer service come over. The personal fight in another language between them and ignore you.

Ridiculous that a large coffe e sausage muffin meal is just under $10.going to Wendy's and BK from now on.

They never have anything why don't you just close the place down no shakes no burgers in a burger place close ittttttt left without ordering tired of them went to Wendy's

If I could give them lower than 1 star they would certainly merit it. I was at the drive through window at 10: 54pm and they claim they do not close until 11pm. I was at the intercom until 10: 58pm and since nobody was answer the intercom, I decided to pull up to the window where they told me 2 minutes before closing that they were closed. Despite me telling them that I was at the intercom before closing, they offered no assistance and would not allow me to speak to a manager. I had to call to speak to a manager and he claimed that he took the last order at 10: 57pm (which is still before closing) and that if I was there, I should have heard him, basically telling me that I was lying. I would have settled for an apology but after we went back and forth for a few minutes he simply hung up. No acknowledgement or accountability that it was a mistake on their part, only accusations of dishonesty and attempts to justify themselves. I don’t know who is responsible for training but them and the person I spoke to should honestly not have a job. Absolutely zero apology or accountability or even the pretense of professionalism. Do not go.
