McDonald's, Miami Beach FL

A perfect place to buy quickly because they have screens to order online and the service is very agile. It is a large place so you can always find somewhere to sit and it is open 24 hours a day. It is close to Liconld Road Avenue and a few blocks from the beach.

This place was hopping and bopping for breakfast. There is no drive up as it is tucked away between other shops.

Good food like everywhere else in McD. I was attended by a super friendly staff. Location is super center so the place gets crowded at times.

Never going back again. Very rude guy at the cash register when asked a very simple question!

After picking it up, it turned out that I wasn't given any ice cream.when I tried to explain it in English, it turned out that most of the employees standing at the counter barely understood English and answered me in Spanish. 15 minutes of arguing and repeating what I wanted in the simplest terms resulted in someone from the back office who understood English finally coming and informing me that the flavor of the ice cream I had chosen was gone. I agreed to a different type, but when I asked why they were giving me an order, knowing that it was incomplete, without any information for me.the question was left unanswered, only lowered heads meant that now they understood well what I was saying. I feel betrayed.

To flee! Homeless people spend their time in McDonald's asking for money or food. The ordering system is chaotic: we waited 30m to collect our order. The worst McDonald's ever

Even if you buy some food, they refuse to give you a cup of water. And the employees are rude. So bad

Had me waiting for absolutely too long when they had no customers and the drive thru wasn't busy at all; then had to call them twice (was being ignored) just to place my order. Also was calling order number wrong until I realized he was higher than my order number was

Such a disorganized mess…. Literally 15 people working and yet there is no urgency to get the customers their “fast”-food. Multiple people standing behind the counter just talking to eachother, on their cell phones, laughing - literally doing NOTHING… meanwhile 20 customers are waiting to receive their food, while the man who looks like a manager stands and watches and does N O T H I N G. This location is the worst, I suppose the amount of money it makes hides the consistent inefficiencies. Morning, afternoon and night… always the same garbage service. Get new management, one who actually wants to improve their business.

Additionally, when they pull all of their order tags to help with their scores/times.it notifies the customer ordering their order is ready… when it’s clearly not, there are still 6 other orders ahead of yours.

In short, what can I say, McDonald's is a guarantee in any country. In Miami the food and portions are a little larger.
Quick and organized service.
Recommended stop for a good brunch.

The worse experience ever. Please avoid this location at any cost… Rude and unprofessional service. No one speaks English… Customer service on lowest level.

The McDo was noisy which made it difficult for us to hear when our order was called.
In addition, it is not possible to have a service on site. There is no tray, they serve you in paper bags.
